Comment: Always had good service. But the closing is definitely mismanagement.How are you not open when people go to work or come home from work?PRO TIP: A lot of office jobs are 9 to 5Do a split shift and close in the middle of the day if needed.

Comment: I had an awesome experience at ZIPS. My brand new WHITE comforter unfortunately got soot blown onto to it from a burning candle. I brought it to ZIPS and they were able to get out almost all of the soot and grey discoloration. After the cleaning, the stain is barley there and unnoticeable unless youre specifically looking for it. Super happy with the service and the employee at the front counter was super sweet too. Will be back with any future dry cleaning needs.

Comment: I want to start off with saying I really enjoy zips! Great customer service and good quality work. Gloria was very helpful the few times I’ve been in there, making it easier to want to come back! I’ve let a lot of friends know about zips, but the Whittier location in particular is what I keep putting out there! Great job guys! And Gloria especially! She’s what customers expect from someone on the other side of the counter!

Comment: I’ve gone to Zips a few times. I did have one incident where my daughter’s uniform had some staines that remained when I picked it up. So Gloria was kind enough to take care of this at no cost to me. Rehand wash and pressed. Very satisfied with customer service.
