Comment: Fantastic customer service! The owner saw me struggling to get my toddler out of the car and came out and offered to just take the drop off. When I explained that it was somewhat of an emergency because I had gotten the wrong patch sewn on and my husband had a uniform inspection that day, she took care of switching it out right away for me, all while being so sweet about my rambunctious son running around her lobby. I have been going to the on-base cleaners/tailor on El Segundo base and we will definitely be going to WC from now on. The customer service is 10x better, the prices are very reasonable and the location is very convenient.

Comment: Absolutely great customer service. The woman at the counter was very helpful and friendly. They truly do specialize in all types of uniforms. I took my military uniform in the have patches sewn on. When I arrived she had Air Force, army uniforms, construction workers vests with patches, police officers and more. Attentive to details and good workmanship. I called with a problem needing to have my patches sewn on for the very next day, she took my uniforms in and had them inspection ready in about 20 minutes. 5 out of 5 stars with no complaints.

Comment: This is where you want to go, especially if you have any kind of uniform. Luz was able to fix a botch job done by the people on LA AFB. Did a great job. She also hemmed a suit for me last minute. Great service, professional and courteous. Prices are competitive as well. Thanks Luz!
