Comment: I had a fantastic experience at VIP Cleaners! The owner is so kind, efficient, hardworking, and knowledgeable. He helped me in a pinch and was genuinely accommodating! He quickly accomplished an alteration for me; something that two previous dry cleaners either couldn’t perform outright, or in days. I have been to several other dry cleaners in the area for various needs, but never had such a great experience as I did at VIP Cleaners. I will definitely be returning for any future dry cleaning or alteration needs and I highly encourage you to give this place a visit!

Comment: Tang is amazing! I brought him a linen suit from Zara (I was a groomsman in a wedding) the suit was way too big for me and I couldnt get a smaller size... I didnt know what to do... I brought the suit to Tang and he fixed it for me for a really reasonable price (see pictures). Honestly hes a magician! 100% recommend :)

Comment: The only place I trust to do my alterations and dry cleaning. I took my 20 year old stuff animal to dry clean and he turned out perfect. I had many alterations that went poorly at other places but never with Mr. Tang. He is so experienced and skilled that I would 100% defer to his expertise. If there is something that cant be done or is difficult, he is straight forward about it before giving it a try if I want him to. He is so fair that he would refuse payment if the alteration didnt work even though he warned me ahead of time. He is open 6 days a week so I can drop by when its something time sensitive. I really cant stress how dedicated he is to his trade and how great his professional integrity is.Im so happy I found VIP Cleaners and have been raving about them to my friends and family.

Comment: Tang has been nothing but phenomenal and fantastic with my business in the 2 years I’ve been going to his store. I had a pinch where I needed something hemmed with a 24 hour turn around and he said it would be done no worries.If I’ve ever had an issue, he always went out of his way to make sure things were corrected. Whenever I have had things hemmed, he would have me try the items on in store to make sure they fit to my satisfaction and if they weren’t, he would fix things free of charge. He is a man of his word and will continue to have my business.Whenever someone speaks so negatively about a person’s livelihood, I have to wonder if they had real issues or if they are trying to make themselves look like better in the situation. Tang Pham is a fantastic business owner and great cleaner.
