Comment: VayaClean did an exceptional job sewing up my work pants. Everywhere else in town said my pants were not fixable, but VayaClean made them look brand new. Very glad I did not have to purchase a new pair of wildland fire pants, those are very expensive. I would gladly recommend VayaClean to anyone who needs repairs, alterations, or cleaning.

Comment: This place is amazing! I took a really nice sweater there that I thought was stained beyond repair. Not only did they clean it but they took extra time to get every stain out. They use special lights to see what the naked eye can’t and my sweater is just like new. Highly recommend !

Comment: I needed a zipper changed on my ski pants and they did an excellent job. It was done quickly and they put in a sturdy zipper that I asked for and not a cheap plastic one. Also the price was very reasonable. Will be back with my other clothes that need fixing for sure!

Comment: I’ve been using VayaClean for the last 2 years. Always have great service and happy with the outcome of items I bring in. Including our feather duvet and linen duvet cover that smelt horrible because a BEAR decided to take a nap on our bed when he broke into our house this fall. It smells like new and I’m so happy I saved money by having them clean it. There is also a new owner Dulce, who was a former employee of the old owner. She has always been so friendly and nice. I can’t wait to continue to support this new business owner!!

They recommended cleaning by hand because of the plastic trackers on the top which could not be removed without replacing the track system. They did an excellent job! We are very happy with their courteous, excellent service, and reasonable prices. Highly Recommend!

Comment: This company deserves a million stars!! We had an unfortunate experience requiring all clothing in our closet to be cleaned. After reviewing local dry cleaners in our area, we decided on VayaClean Eco-Dry Cleaning & Laundry. We discovered they are the only all-natural, green cleaners in the South Lake Tahoe area! I can’t imagine having our clothes, and in this case ALL of our clothes, cleaned with carcinogenic chemicals used by other cleaners. Since we had so many clothes to be cleaned, I didn’t know what to expect. All of the employees we spoke with were friendly and helpful, and the owner, Tessa was incredible! She not only offered money-saving suggestions, but within a short period of time, she had our entire closet of clothes cleaned and delivered to Carson City!! A company like this is rare, so I’m sharing our experience to let others know, if you are not a customer of VayaClean Eco-Dry Cleaning & Laundry, you really are missing out on a wonderful experience. Comment: Went by here while visiting Lake Tahoe celebrating my 10th wedding anniversary. I have a sport jacket I planned to wear for dinner that got stained on the trip over. I needed it in a hurry, like same day hurry! They took my jacket immediately and worked on getting the stain out, talk about service! I have a regular dry cleaner back home that takes care of me but to get this level of service traveling and being a complete stranger speaks volumes about the level of their customer focus! You are always greeted with a smile and you even get a text when your clothes are ready. They renovated the space and put new floors in. I dropped my clothes off on Wednesday and they were ready by Thursday. So happy to have this place in town! All about VayaClean over here :)

Comment: Although, the sign on the outside of the building still states the old cleaners name (Tahoe One Hour Cleaner). Dont let the name confuse you, the new owner Tessa has taken over and renamed the cleaners. Tessas customers service is absolutely outstanding!!! Genuinely concern with customer satisfaction.I happen across her business while looking for a cleaners to clean and steam my soon to be daughter in laws wedding dress.We are from out of town and I needed the dress to be ready by no later than Wednesday. I called Tessa in the later part of the morning and asked if she would be able to take care of the dress for me. She said she would need to see the dress before she could tell me definitely, but was pretty confident she could have it ready by Wednesday. I brought it over, not only did she assure me that she would have it ready in plenty of time but also quoted me an incredible price. She said she would texted me when it was ready.By mid-afternoon, the same day, Tessa had got ahold of me letting me know the dress was ready. Less than a day!!!!Tessa even offer to let me borrow her hand held steam the day of the wedding. Outstanding customer service. Tessa goes above and beyond. If I I could give her more than five stars, I would give her at least ten.I truly recommend Vaya-Clean Eco-Dry Cleaning and Laundry of South Lake Tahoe.
