Comment: I’m a new customer to today’s Cleaner, and have been using your services now on four separate occasions. On my first trip in, I asked for Heavy Starch and when I picked my wok uniforms the next day I was pleased with the results, As I had you launder as well as press my Uniforms. On my second trip in I also asked for Heavy Starch and creases and when I picked them up I wasn’t impressed with the outcome as they were not pressed to my liking, as I’m a 23 Year Retired US Marine and I like Heavy Starch with creases, However I never said anything on This Trip, so when I returned on the third trip I did however mention that on my last trip in the quality of the press was not to my liking, and explained that I didn’t care about the cost as much as I did the quality. So please be sure and press them with heavy starch, and if you have to launder them as well in order to get the heavy press that I’m looking for then please go ahead! Well when I returned the next day to pick them up your staff member informed me that you felt that the quality of the press with the heavy starch that I requested was not there, and she felt that I wouldn’t be happy with them and asked if she could keep them another day in order to wet press and apply the heavy starch that I was looking for, so I agreed and when I returned the next day they were perfect! On my fourth trip in your staff remember me and knew I wanted Heavy starch and when I picked them up once again they were perfect! So you see it’s all about communication and building a relationship, so please take care of your staff members so that I can continue to use your business, As I feel that your staff at 7850 White Lane is representing your Business very well, and I want to see the same smiling faces every time I come and and you will have a customer for Life, unless I move of course! A couple days later from picking up the uniform I received a follow up call to ensure that there was no issue with my order and I was happy with it. They exceeded my expectations. I wish I remembered the cashiers name because she is the one that made my experience there a plus. She answered all my questions and seemed genuinely happy to help me. I wish there was more people like her in customer service. I will definitely go to that location from now on to get my clothes cleaned!
