It’s taken me a while to find a cleaners where the customer service is great and they’ve NEVER messed up nor have they ever lost any of our clothes (what a concept)They get the clothes done in the timeline that they say. The Tailor is also great. She’s done quite a few of my items as well as some family members.Basically if I had something negative to say, it would be easier to just find a different cleaners. But we’re happy with this one, the staff and the fact that the clothes come out like you want them to come out.I’m sure you’ll be happy with the professionalism of this cleaners.

I am so impressed with her abilities, skills and insight when altering an item. She has worked with all types of material for me; knits, silk, cotton, chiffon. Pricing is fair, depending on the extent of altering to be done. Additionally, she is extremely punctual! No waiting weeks for your garment. If you need an item, she will do her best to meet your schedule. I truly cannot sing her praises enough! Her hours are limited 10-2 M-F; so don’t hesitate if you need alterations…GO TO TARZANA CLEANERS!Regarding cleaning: Cannot sing their praises enough! Clothes are always perfect! Never in all the years found any kind of mishap on any item! Clothes are done in a timely manner. If you need something expedited/next day…not a problem! I have been coming here for over 8 years very satisfied with their dry cleaning service. They use high end materials and best supplies to make sure and get all stains out. Whats great is they also offer free pick up, delivery service which I highly recommend to take advantage and premium tailoring services is flawless. I usually bring here, dress shirts, dress pants, suits and comforters. I also like the in house tailoring for new pants I buy. I have in the past tried other dry cleaners but no one was as good as Tarzana Cleaners. I highly recommend to give them a try if you are not a customer yet.
