There were pencil and colored marking pencil marks that I could not remove. They cleaned the the quilt wonderfully and got out the marks! I never expected the great result. She is like one of our family. Vicky is one of the friendliest people we have ever known. They and the others who are part of Esthers team keep us coming back.
