Comment: Phenomenal! After several bad experiences with a different nearby cleaners Id been using for years, I read some of the reviews for Swansons and gave into giving them a shot at my business. I took 8 sleeveless sheath dresses for work ($171 cost) in and introduced myself to Olga.Meeting Olga is an experience of its own. Unlike my previous cleaners, she is definitely Customer Service forward. She stopped and took the time to listen to my concerns with each individual garment, asked questions, and performed like her success depends on my business. Shes attentive, kind, and polite. The phone rang a few times, and rather than answering the calls and servicing the needs of the caller, she finished what she was doing with the person standing in front of her first, me! I loved that. It drives me crazy when Im standing in front of an individual, and they take a call, which to me is essentially helping the person in line behind me.She offered the delivery of my items, explained how the drive-thru pick up works if desired, and educated me on the email Id receive when my clothes were ready. A day ahead of schedule, I received the email, went to pick up my items, and was extremely pleased with the results.Id discovered a glittery effect around the bottom of the arm holes on all these dresses and was puzzled. She explained it was the aluminum oxide in my deodorant. SMH!! My mother warned me about that stuff for years for health reasons, but I never thought it would affect my designer clothing. Swansons was able to get every last spec out and did a fantastic job.

Comment: I brought in several pair of pants for alterations (both hem and waist adjustments). I mentioned that I wanted to all pairs of pants to have 34 inch waist, to match my new post-COVID size, as I was hoping to not have to purchase a bunch of new suits simply because all my slacks were now uncomfortable on my waist..After picking up my altered clothes, I tried them on at home and discover they still felt very tight on my waist, as if no alterations had been done. I returned to the store and explained that I had requested a 34 inch waist, as labeled in a couple well-fitted slacks that is own, but the altered pants still felt like a 32 or 33.Olga, the tailor/seamstress, informed me that the labels and brands often mislabel the size of their pants, and showed me that the pants she had altered, were actually a 34 inch waist. She then measured my waist, and showed me that I’m not a 34 but really a 35.5. I showed her a pair of 34 inch labeled pants that I purchased in a store, and explained that they fit me great. She measured these pants I brought her as a proper example, and showed me that these “34 inch” labeled pants were actually a size 36!Despite her explanation on how brands often mislabel their pants sizes, Olga happily agreed to resize all of my pants again to properly fit me at no additional charge :)Great service, and I will definitely return to Swanson’s in the future for more tailoring needs.
