Comment: KC in Davis is wonderful. I dont know if she is the site manager or franchise owner. She is always happy to see me and remembers my name. She is the queen of alterations. Particularly, I think of one dress (out of many garments she has done for me), where she truly saved the day. I was gifted a dress by an international family who fully expected me to wear it in at a ceremony in less than two weeksaway. It fit on the bottom of the dress but the top was too tight unless I didnt need to breathe! My husband had just had his gifted outfit from the same family altered and it was black and way too big. KC, being the absolute genius she is, took the excess black fabric from my husbands garment and pieced together a lovely inset on the bodice of my garment that looked as if it was made that way. All seams were flawless and no puckering anywhere, She just sees how things can work and does them.KC is so capable in every task she does in the front and alterations. When I go to pick up dry cleaning, everything is always in order, easily found and the floor and surroundings are clean. Swansons in Davis is a wonderful drycleaners and KC (and her staff) are great !

Every bead was still on the dress and nothing out of place. I also turned in a tulle over skirt. The total was about $320 for the two items, not sure if thats high but the service was great so I was happy to pay to get it back to its pristine condition.

And, once when through a miscommunication about when my coat would be ready, the owner personally went to retrieve the coat from another location and brought it to me at the airport, as I was leaving for international travel. I highly recommend them!
