Comment: Usually, Im happy with the service but on this visit, my 40% coupon that they scanned when I dropped off my clothes did not register and I had to try to find it through my email again. In addition, I have to bring back a knitted skirt b/c they forgot to iron or steam the bottom; the bottom pleat is folded outwards rather than straight (as if I made a fold up on the bottom edge of the skirt). I wonder how they missed that...

Although I had no proof that the stains had actually gotten a bit worse, the company refunded me the price of the very expensive shirt, no questions asked. I was VERY impressed. Their tailoring is also top-notch, and the shoe repair on the premises makes this one-stop shopping!

I asked them to be shortened by four inches because she is now about 4 foot 8 inches tall and everything needs to be shortened. The finished alterations were first rate and done within one day. I showed up late on Friday and Mari (spelling?) helped me. She was delightful! Not only was she happy while helping me, she made an exception and said my dress would be done by noon on Saturday. Wow! Yay for me! I got there at noon on Saturday and the dress was finished and perfect. Flair Cleaners is so accommodating.Not only is the staff friendly, they are helpful and very professional. Conveniently located next vons, where we go shopping regularly, near great restaurants, pharmacy and starbucks.
