Comment: I believe that when someone actually does a good job it deserves notice. In this case notice for sure. There was a woman who was very helpful. Im new to the cards not good at. If she wouldnt have helped I would have super messed I was doing someone elses laundry for them they had at least a couple hundred pounds. (if this emblished its very little.) And 3 hours to do all of it. So under the right circumstances you can do it.. But this was not that it seemed. I ended up an hour left a bunch of the stuff was still wet. It seemed the end for old Jake but than that wonderful woman came and she ran the card for me and woila the day was saved thank you so much!

I dont think the cost was unfair, but I would have liked to be aware thar was a possibility before coming in. Otherwise no complaints- everyone was very nice and helpful, and the place is very well laid out and clean. Will utilize again in the future!

While we were looking at my car this other gentleman approached me and asked if I locked my keys in the car. He told me he would be right back to get what he needs. I usually go alone and I genuinely feel safe in this area compared to the one I used to go to next to Dairy Queen, which I drive by everytime on my way here. The place is clean with plenty of seats and baskets. The ladies are also nice. They also conveniently have water fountains for big gallons. I recommend.

Comment: Everybody wants to complain about the restroom not having a sink and, that we have to pay to use it. My common sense tells me that is because of the homeless issue. They are just trying to prevent a homeless from cleaning thereselfs in there. And if you need toilet paper just ask. These women that work there work very hard to make that place look emaculant ! They do a fantastic job and I appreciate having a nice and clean laundromat to go to where someone is there everyday ALL day keeping it clean that way ! This is the best laundromat hands down anywhere. Oh and its not there job to give you water ! Bring your own water. Stop complaining and be grateful for what we have here !! in our town.

Comment: In really like this #laundrymat in Riverside its very clean and its good size it even has places for you to sit and wait for your laundry they also have a fluff and fold here all the ladies at work here seem very nice I tried the fluff and fold and everything came back clean if youve never use a fluff and fold I would recommend them although it wasnt necessarily done that same day it was done the next day but I think that was just because they were very busy Im sure if I would have taken my clothes in earlier they probably could have been done the same day and you pay when you drop off your clothes and they give you a receipt and they have a little scale right there to weigh everything and if you dont have a hamper or something to leave with them for your clothes they will fold them all and put it in a clear bag nicely done they dont hang anything cuz its not a dry cleaners but I dont care if anythings hung up its nice to have all the laundry clean and folded well be coming back

When I use their fluff & fold and pick up my clothes they are always on hangers or expertly folded. The turnaround time is usually about a day, but can be longer when they are very busy. Comment: I went today with my kids to wash, and it was my first time here. I met a very nice employee named Carolina, and she helped me when I couldn’t figure out how to use the washer. Her and her daughter were very helpful with me, and she told me about a program were I can leave a review and good comments about her. I happily accepted because she was a wonderful worker and truly made this experience great. 11/10 recommend her as an employee and I recommend this laundromat. Always clean and I will definitely be coming again.

Comment: I’ve had to use the pay laundry service in 2006-2012 when my husband was paralyzed and went into double renal failure . I just didn’t have the time to wash all his clothes ! They charged $1.00 a pound, cleaned, sorted, and neatly folded ( just a 10 pound minimum). That’s a great deal .With inflation I wages, water, electricity today 2018 a mere $2.00 a pound is a great deal ..How much is your time worth ?The washers for public use are very good and fairly priced . Dryers are hot and do a great job !!Place is clean, lighting great at night, and have a pay bathroom!!

Comment: I used their laundry service ~6 times over the course of 2 months.I believe its a dollar per pound with a 10lb minimum. After bringing in the first batch its easier to gauge how much is needed to meet the minimum. I would spend around $15 each trip. Well worth it as far as time goes vs walking back and forth over 2hrs in an apartment complex.I liked that they give a free xl bag and the premises were well kept. Super easy to drop off, they save a little profile of wash preferences under your name so you dont have to tell them how to wash/dry each time. Anything I needed air dried I would put in a separate smaller bag. Then you pay and get a receipt with a ready day and time which for me varied between 1-3 days. My clothes were always well folded ( with socks paired!)Once, I had a 3 day turnaround and was in the area after 48hrs so I called to see if I could pick up early. The lady didnt even bother to check and told me I have to wait until the day on my receipt. I would have liked at least the courtesy to check.Also I dont like the smell of whatever they wash/ dry with. Probably bare minimum cheap detergent. My clothes always smelled of what I would call dusty cinnamon, kind of like clothes from a thrift store that havent had time to air out.Lastly I had 2 long sleeve shirts with bleach damage to the right sleeves. Not hugely noticeable but both in the same area on 2 separate occasions.Overall I do recommend Speedwash for the convenience of the laundry service and friendliness of staff.

I would say the cost is average in general - it is cheaper than using the laundry room in my apartment complex and saves time.

Comment: Very clean. One thing that really makes people not want to use public washing facilities is that most had insects running around while they were doing their laundry, i.e. roaches. Also, there is a valid fear of bedbugs being present as well. This is a valid fear, as these insects can survive through extreme heat and water. These can be obtained through the washing machines and dryers.*This facility uses cleansers that ensure the absence of these insects. The employees are on site all throughout the day making sure the facility is spotless and disinfecited. I will continue to do my laundry at this facility as long as I reside in this area.

Im always greeted with a smile (that completely breaks my mood and frustration of having to do my laundry which I hate by the way) this place is the cleanest around here people who need assistance are treated like VIPs by the lady. in chargeBeyond the customer service standards .Overall a pleasant experience nice clean place with excellent customer service thank you

Comment: Susana Meza was absolutely incredible. As a naïve college student i was not the easiest customer. I seemed completely incapable of navigating the laundromat and the constant help with a smile made the experience much more pleasant! I also appreciate how safe/clean your location feels.

Comment: Washing laundry is never fun, fortunately Speed Wash makes that experience a little bit better.The facility is generally clean and tidy, the crowd is a half mix of single adults and families with children. What makes this place a little bit of heaven is they offer free WiFi, tables with benches. So for me its an experience where I bring my headphones, my power bank, tablet and voilà! Laundry becomes fun time.

Comment: This place is wonderful for washing clothes. Its clean and fully functioning, and even has a water dispensary, a WiFi zone(geek alert) and an on site employee to help you. You begin by uploading your funds onto a plastic balance card, there are even a few arcade games. The area is rather shifty and Ive personally watched oddities from outside the window, but hey its magnolia ave, so go figure. The owner is kind and a very accommodating fellow.
