Comment: The owner Silvi is an incredibly nice lady! Have the greatest prices around and is very caring. The ONLY time I dont take my stuff to her is when I come on a Sunday or Monday and forget that she is closed. So I unfortunately have to bring my items somewhere else. She is the greatest!! Worth every penny!

Comment: I brought 4 items for Silvi to work on that each had tears - a bag, 2 shirts and a sweater. Silvi was very friendly and went through how much it cost. She gave me a great price. Still I decided to leave the one shirt to save the cash as it was not absolutely essential. She jumped in and said she would do it for free. Great service! Got the stuff back and the craftsmanship was great - could not tell there were tears at all in the first place. Highly recommended for alterations.

Comment: I love this place! I live in the Valley but dont mind the drive to bring my alterations here. The owner Silvi is simply the best. Not only she always has a smile on her face but does an excellent job every time. She is so helpful, and she really knows what she is doing. If you need an experienced tailor and the best service, you should visit Silvis. You will not be sorry.

From the extremely friendly, consistent and professional service to the little touches such as fixing broken buttons on shirts and alterations that are always perfect, you could not ask for better service. I have had the pleasure of being Silvis customer for over 4 years and have never been disappointed. This is the type of dry cleaners where you do not have to worry about anything and I never even bother to take my claim ticket because I know my cleaning is always there; cleaned and pressed to the very best quality. Any one who knows the LaCrescenta area knows that there is practically a dry cleaner on every block but Sivis is the diamond in the rough. There is just something about being able to have your laundry and dry cleaning done without ever having to think twice about it. If I were to have a complaint, it would be that I have gained weight from all the cookies, and pastries she offers each time you visit!
