Comment: It has been on my To Do list forever to write this review for Silver Olas — I wanted to make sure to sing their praises! Jimmy and David were friendly, professional and did an outstanding job cleaning the tile floors in the home we are renting. We had them cleaned when we first moved in and the result was awesome. I had also asked them to clean the grout of our white tile countertops and Jimmy advised that they wouldn’t look much different once cleaned, so he saved us from spending the extra money. I would 100% recommend their services!

He offered to redo the areas of concern to me and we scheduled an appt time that worked best for me.I received exceptional customer service today. I now know why this company has such amazing reviews. This family is truly kind and honest in their work. Yes, I had a negative experience the first time. We are ecstatic with cleaning our wood floor, carpets, steps and cleaning our porcelain floors, grout and resealing the porcelain and grout. It the best floor cleaning company we had in 25 years! Comment: We are in the middle of a remodel, but kept our existing tile flooring but they were so dirty from construction dust - Silver Olas Cleaning came through and did the most incredible job cleaning and resealing our tile/grout and the floors look like NEW! We are so happy we kept them. We had one issue spot with grout in our shower that I asked Jimmy about and he came back the following week when he was in the area and went ahead and fixed it for us - THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND. Our neighbors have already used them for their tile floors and could not be happier as well. I had a previous carpet cleaner over soak a heavy traffic area in both bedrooms and it left a water stain. Jimmy was able to get it out and he was very confident that he could. I couldnt believe my eyes. I will continue to use them always. The carpet dries quickly and to me that is a sign of excellent care. I now have my carpets cleaned every 6 months and my most recent cleaning was just as professional from booking the appointment to showing up on time and keeping me updated by text. Comment: There are not enough stars for how great Jimmy was with helping to dryout from flooding in multiple rooms of my condo. What he probably thought was a simple job turned into a major chore as it included a few other units and two separate flooding events in my condo. He was very patient, calm and empathetic with my stressful situation even as I was not really handling it too well. He worked hard to save as much flooring and baseboard as possible and communicated during every step of the dryout process. I even had him reinstall my carpet and wash it afterwards and I am very grateful for his hard work and would recommend him to anyone!

He advised me to call the original tile installer to get him to schedule a heavy duty cleaning to get rid of the grout that dried on the tile. We were given the date and time that we wanted and the communication was timely and frequent. This is the second time we have used them and the service and quality is top notched. They even had time to clean my mother-in-laws oriental carpet and bedroom carpet next door without an appointment. We will use them next time we need cleaning. Very pleasant.

Comment: Fantastic job for a reasonable price. Thought I’d have to replace the carpet on my stairs as it’s 18 years old and a light color that got really dirty this winter, but it looks nearly new. Got an appointment for the day after I called, the guys were right on time and super nice, and they did a better job than a more expensive company I’ve used in the past.

Comment: They did an excellent job getting all of the spots and stains out of my carpets! I was a professional and certified carpet cleaner for over 10 years so I am always very tentative when I hire a new company to service the carpets in my home. I have used Silver Olas twice now and both times they did not disappoint. They were even able to completely remove a very large Red candle-wax stain in my room which allowed me to get my full deposit back from my landlord. I am a very happy customer and will be calling them again in the future!

Comment: This is an AWESOME carpet and upholstery company! They gave me a free quote and were able to get me in within a day or two! I needed my living room rug cleaned. Its one of those shaggy, cream colored and plush type rugs. Between a dog and life with a toddler, it was so dirty and on the brink of no return!Matt came and took it outside to the driveway (I have hardwood floors) and cleaned it so well, it looks brand new! BRAND NEW! He worked on that thing for an hour! I am so amazed! He even cleaned the arms of my sofas and chairs since my rug was under their $120 minimum. He removed all the little sticky finger prints, spills, and coloring markers out. They look pristine now too!I will not use another company- ONLY SILVER OLAS from now on! Their prices are very reasonable and they make it worth every penny! Thank you Silver OLAS team! You did a fantastic job!

Comment: Our first experience with Silver Olas was a disaster.....OUR disaster NOT theirs. Water ran from the laundry room, thru the kitchen pantry, down our wood halls into 2 bedrooms and thru the kitchen and dining area. They were there in a flash, calmed my hysteria and started getting the water OUT. This turned out to be a BIG job with lots of damage and they helped us with the insurance, rebuilt the pantry, found us someone to tear out the wood floors and replace it with tile, rebuilt closets, made sure we were cleared for mold and through it all were so supportive and encouraging. I hope I never have to go thru this again but if I do Im calling Silver Olas. I still use them to clean carpets and seal and polish my tile. Prices are very fair and all employees are very pleasant to have in your home.

Comment: We recently experienced an unfortunate flood situation in the first floor of our house due to a toilet overflow in the upstairs bathroom. It was at night on a weekend, I was out of the country on business travel and my wife was alone with my youngest son. Water was dripping from the garage ceiling and they did not notice it until a few hours later. My good neighbors were gone and the situation was critical. Fortunately, my wife had kept the business card of Silver Olas, a company that had recently done a great carpet cleaning job for us, so she called them to ask for a referral to get help. To her surprise, Silver Olas was also able to help with flood emergency services. Even on a Saturday night they came in less than an hour and started a quick and professional flood mitigation service, with the right tools and equipment and a great service attitude. Jimmy from Silver Olas also explained to my wife all the necessary steps to follow in the process, while I filed a claim with my insurance company. After all the drying was done, we decided to keep working with Silver Olas for the reconstruction phase. We were very well impressed by their professional work and by the courtesy of their workers. Jimmy took all my calls and responded to all my emails on the same day. He explained to us in detail all the work to be done, and he coordinated everything smoothly according to our availability. He also helped us to take care of additional damages that were not listed in the first estimate that we got from the Insurance Company, and he negotiated very efficiently with them so that finally everything got approved. In summary, Silver Olas performed a neat and high quality job, at the right price and always with a highly responsive, respectful and polite attitude. It is without a doubt a company that I will definitely recommend for this kind of situations.

Jimmy took my phone call at 8:30 pm and helped calm my fears. He told me step by step what to do, and how to work with the other company to demand a refund. I used his advice and got the refund the next day. Jimmy came out and assessed the damage and told us how he could fix it. He did, took pictures and reassured us he could fix our carpets.
