Comment: First off, the owner notified me with a text that I left a collectors enamel pin on my laundry and I didnt even realize it until then! Ive gotten amazing alterations for my jeans and wonderful clean up jobs on my sneakers from there. Always friendly and professional service and I couldnt ask for more.

Comment: I like the service here. Very courteous. At times the clothes appear to be in better shape adverse to when I drop them off. Environmentally friendly is also a plus. Quick in and outs make it my go to spot.

Comment: I actually did not go for dry cleaning but for an alternation. My favorite custom made (ankara fabric) blouse (with lining) was torn in the front (long story). Anyways I went to two dry cleaning stores with tailors close to the USC area. They BOTH turned me down. They said that to fix my top, they would have to remove most of the original stitches, fix the front and then the lining. These two separate tailors basically concluded that it was too much work and sent me away.To make a long story short, Shatto Cleaners took one look at my top and knew what to do. I was shocked at how easy they made it seem it would be, that I did not even raise an issue with the price ($20). was a bit worried about the calm reaction I received from them, in comparison to the previous two tailors. Two days later, my top was fixed. I am not sure how the tailor fixed it, but s/he did a MAGNIFICENT job. The tailor fixed the front tear and the sleeve. I rarely write reviews, but I was so pleased that I vowed to give them a review.
