Comment: Scheduled delivery via the app the night before for a window between 8a.m. and 10 a.m. the next day and the person was there at 8:05 and super friendly. App gives lots of details on the status of your order and my order was ready 2 days after pickup. I went in to pick it up instead of having it delivered to speed things up. They also fixed a few minor problems with my clothes for free! I will absolutely be making this place my go-to spot for all laundry/alterations needs.

My first experience with them was nothing short of spectacular!!! Great customer service, on time and when I picked up my order, it was professionally bagged in a suit cover that you use for future orders!!! Incredible!! I highly recommend them and I have already referred them to five of my friends and family.

Pickup, delivery, pictures of your items and their progress, Im blown away at the level of care and professional and care taken throughout the entire process. They were excellent at communicating for pick up and delivery and even noticed a torn pocket on my jacket and asked if I would like it fixed. I had multiple items dry cleaned and a couple torn hems repaired, they delivered the dry cleaning first as the repairs will take a little longer, loved that. Wooden hangers for the clothes and a reusable cover, no plastic and eco friendly dry cleaning. Will recommend to everyone I know!

Comment: I greatly value eco-friendly dry cleaning, and for many ears, I had been using Laundry Locker, which had a convenient pickup in my building. Once I moved, I looked for a dry cleaner that would do pick up and delivery in my new place. Laundry Locker would not do that, and thats how I found Rinse. After using them for a year, I got frustrated by their lack of green cleaning as well as multiple mess ups, so I tried Mulberrys (who had just acquired Laundry Locker). Sadly, Mulberrys was disappointing: the quality of the dry cleaning was lacking, and the support really flaky. I also wanted to support a local business.To make a long story short, after years of searching, I found SF Green Clean. They are a local business who is doing the right thing, and I am proud to support them. The quality has been outstanding. No mess ups! The pickup and delivery is super easy (Mauro is great!!!). Finally, I found a company that is local, convenient, eco-friendly, as well as reliable. Thank you guys!
