Comment: I was the worst customer. I was from out of town, came in 20 min before closing with two full suits and two dress shirts that I needed fitted for an interview for work on short notice. Charlie was awesome. He worked with me and made sure that I was taken care of. He really went out of his way and I truly appreciate it. I selected this place based off the Yelp reviews and they were accurate.

Comment: This has become my go to place for alterations. We moved here last year and I had a great tailor in previous neighborhood so I was nervous to find someone out this way but Charlie has been great. He always gets the job done and I love the text notifications when items are ready. I already have my next pile of things to take in. Pricing is bit more than what Im used to but its nice getting good work with good turnaround times. Great find!

Comment: After moving into a new home, we brought our curtains to be dry cleaned. The owner Charlie made sure to lay out all options and costs up front, so that we could make the best decision about whether or not we could clean them and what to do about the trim, which had faded and could get damaged in the process. We ended up asking for the trim to be removed, which must have been a painstaking process. But they took care of this for us at a very reasonable price. After the curtains were dry cleaned, the assistant then added a new trim that I had purchased. All in all, we were very happy with the service we received and felt that we were given a very fair and reasonable price for all the work that was done.We were very impressed with him and his assistant. They were friendly, honest, and genuinely cared about providing us with good service that didnt cost us more than necessary.

Comment: I looked up this place on YELP and saw good reviews so I went. I had 3 suits that needed major alterations and Charlie did a great job. So I went back with 2 100% wool suit pants and once again Charlie completely opened all the seems and made them better fit for me. He is fair, friendly, and very good at what he does. His price on alterations are also very fair. Looking for a good Dry Cleaners? This is it, see Charlie!

Comment: I had my dress made to my measurements, but when it arrived too small, I was scared I wouldnt be able to wear it for my wedding. But s. grand cleaners was able to adjust it in a way that allowed me to dance freely, and made it feel tailored to my size. They understood my priorities and did not oversell their capabilities. they were clear and consistently professional and considerate through the entire process. I enjoyed working with them very much and I love how my day and my dress turned out.

Comment: Customer service is amazing and quality work. Was new to the area as I tried different places and was not satisfy with any of them. Finally found a place that is customer oriented and pays attention to detail. My suits and shirts always well taken care of and never damaged. I work about an hour away and the owner has been nice enough to wait for me to pick up my stuff if Ive been stuck in traffic. Definitely recommend this place!!!

He understands current fashion trends and was able to get my suits a more tapered and slim fit just like I wanted. Also the turn around is pretty quick to get your items back. Comment: This place saved me when I was in such a tight schedule! I came in 2 days before my friends wedding and was worried that no one would hem my dress. The lady I originally met (I’m sorry I cannot recall the name 😕) was sweet and personable and did her best to accommodate me. It was reasonably priced for such late notice but when I picked it up Charlie even pressed it for me! 😱 he noticed all the wrinkles on the dress and saved me time pressing it for me. I am super grateful and will come back if I have to get anything fixed. (Usually I do it if I have the time to sew or hem anything). I would recommend them highly if you need a quick fix on such short notice! (Or in general they’re amazing! )

Yelp searches yielded sub-par quality results near my home, but S Grand Cleaners was the closest with raving reviews, so I decided to give them a try. Maggie and Charlie were great with an amazing turn-around time, especially after the 4th of July holiday when I needed my suit. They did such an amazing job that I am going back to them for the rest of my suits!

Comment: I had ordered a dress online within my size range and it turned out way too small. I didnt think the dress was salvageable. I went to S Grand Cleaners and met Charlie. He was very professional and nice to me. He did a great job, and told me it would be about a week. It was ready in like 3 or 4 days--super fast! I wasnt sure what to expect, as I said, I didnt think the dress would be right at all. It wasnt just right, it was perfect! I was shocked and amazed! Charlie was so excited that I was excited, and it was a great experience! I would and will recommend this shop to anyone!
