Comment: The dry cleaning company that I have used for about 20 years closed down for their annual vacation. I always use Rockridge Royal Cleaners whenever my regular dry cleaner is not available. I hadnt been there in a few years until Tuesday, January 31st, 2023. I am a black man and I must say I was very impressed with their customer service this time around. They sent me a follow-up text message thanking me for choosing their business. I also appreciate the quickness with which they dry cleaned and pressed my jeans. They were supposed to be ready on Friday, but I was very pleased to get a second text message from them saying they were ready on Wednesday, the following day after I had brought them in. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone looking for outstanding customer service and a company that seems to appreciate your business. There was just a small misunderstanding about my jeans. They dry cleaned them but did not put creases in them, but it was no big problem and they were quick to say they would take care of it and I could pick them up the following day which would still be a day earlier than promised. It is businesses like this that I do not forget and I do not hesitate to spend my money with them when need be. Thank you very much.

Comment: My experience at Rockridge Royal Cleaners was great. I brought in a down jacket for cleaning, and picked it up two days later (and two days earlier than expected). The price was about half what their website quoted for similar items, and the jacket was thoroughly cleaned, with more loft than it previously had. I will bring all my specialty cleaning here in the future.

Comment: Came in at a good time so they were able to attend to me quickly. They have a big curtain to try on clothes so that you can then show them what you would like to alter. I had two pairs of pants that were too long. They were really nice and asked what I was looking for and made the adjustments with pins. Really fast turnaround time, got it back in a few days. Im sure its different when theyre really busy but they have a nice automated text message system. Ill keep coming back for other alterations!

Comment: This was a great find. The building where I live was sold and the new (young) owners immediately changed the old laundry machines from coin to cell phone/credit card. Well, that does not work for me. Someone stole my id and lived as me for over a year. Since that situation, I am very protective of my privacy. I had to find another way to do my laundry. Rockridge Royal Cleaners. They pick up one day and deliver my clean, folded laundry the next day, all for a reasonable price.I tried another service but they have a 25 pound minimum that doesnt work for me(on a regular basis). Paying by the pound is better for my budget.The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. 1st rate service.

They do a great job with my fancy shirts, and have expedited on the rare occasion when Im pressed for time (no pun intended). Theyve also done small repairs quite well. The owner, Sunny, is very sweet...always with a smile. It may be a little pricey, but with the high commercial rents in Rockridge its not surprising.

I am EXTREMELY particular about my clothing, and I test all cobblers and cleaners with a very difficult job in the beginning. This establishment has far exceeded any of the competition. Highly recommend. And, BTW, you get what you pay for. They take the time to cover my buttons, block my St. John knits, perfectly press all pleats...
