Comment: This is my go to spot for tailoring! I usually buy my suits at Perry Ellis and H&M and the sleeves are a bit too long and the pants. I come to them here and they hook it up. I let them know I want the fitted special, its actually not a thing but they know what I mean when I ask for it. My suits come out perfectly tailored. They look like they were purchased that way and I look super fitted!

Comment: On average, I run my suits and shirts to the cleaners about every two weeks. When I moved to the area from Scottsdale, Arizona, I needed find someone nearby that did a good job. With Chang, I really lucked out. In Scottsdale, I used some of the top area cleaners and frankly, I find that Chang provides a better (and less expensive) service than I received from those high end providers. Like several of the other posters, he knows my name when I walk in the door. He is always there and does everything in house which I appreciate. I would strongly recommend him.

Comment: This review is from a real customer. I visit Chang once a week. This company recently relocated from Saviers road as Ross Cleaners. He is now next to Baja Fresh and Fedex on Vineyard. I was in the area and decided to stop in and ask about his prices on hemming pants. He matched the price that I normally pay- but did such a professional job that I now take all my drycleaning and alterations to him. All my cleaning is done the way that I ask and always ready on time. He is very pleasant and fair with his prices.
