Laundry wash sitting, forgotten in my washer for dayssss....RINSE has been a lifesaver. Im on my 3rd bag and cannot praise this company enough.Super responsive to questions, the app is easy to use, and the attendants Ive met are awesome and friendly.If you need a little kickstart to get though a laundry mountain - give them a try. My clothes are returned folded 10x neater than I ever could, smelling fresh (or like nothing if you want fragrance free) and organized into packs that make sense for my drawers.

Comment: I used Rinse for the first time this week, and the pickup was great. My valet showed up with a Rinse bag and I transferred my dirty laundry into it. The next day, I completely forgot that I was supposed to be getting my delivery and wasnt home and I was sad that I wouldnt have my clean clothes. But it turns out my valet was able to come to my apartment door and hand my delivery to my roommates, so everything worked out great!Ive never had wash and fold done before, but I was really impressed by the quality of the folding, its kind of nuts how well they folded it. The clothes smell great as well, somehow seems cleaner than when I do laundry myself. Overall, a great experience!Disclaimer: I work at Rinse as a software engineer.

Comment: I first tried Rinse in 2015 because I had free credit and was pleased with the service. I have since used it much more frequently for dry clean since 2018 and Ive been overall very happy with the quality of service. My sweaters always come back softer than when I first sent them in, and my blouses and shirts are always nicely pressed. I also tried their repair service for a delicate dress once and I was surprisingly impressed with the quality of work. The convenience of pick up and drop off is key though, because otherwise my coats would just sit in my closet for years and never get cleaned... Wash and fold service has been particularly clutch given the times were in and Ive been impressed with the steps theyve taken to ensure proper hygiene. Worth a try, especially now.

My first pick-up was by Lauren who was extremely professional and sweet. She showed up on time, provided laundry bags and scanned my barcode attached to the bags. I immediately received a receipt and even pics of my dry-clean items. The laundry was returned quickly and folded perfectly. Im very happy I found this company!

After reading a few reviews on Yelp, I decided to give Rinse a try by sending in 3 of my shirts to try. Cleaning - $2.50 per shirts. ARE YOU SERIOUS? My local dry cleaners charge me double that, plus the hassle of walking up the hill is no bueno. With less than $15 I got 3 shirts cleaned AND delivered.

Comment: I am a fan of Rinse. I’ve used Rinse a bunch of times and everytime I use it, I never encounter any issues.They’re usually on time or at least the 45 minutes window they inform me on. The timing is perfect too, if only banks and post offices open later in the “normal” work day then everything is golden.My clothes come folded AND packed, I never spot any other people’s hair or pet hair on my clothes, which is a double + on my end.

First order was for wash and fold and the process was satisfactory and seamless. Valets were professional and competent. When my clothes were returned to me, they smelled clean and free of any residual chemical odors.Ive since tried them a few more times and quality of service remained consistent. Definitely convenient and recommended for anyone who just sometimes doesnt want to get quarters and do laundry.

I had a referral from a friend and decided to give it a try since the dry cleaner I used to go to closes at 6pm! I usually don’t get off work until 7pm. With Rinse, I was able to schedule a pickup from 8-10pm and deliver the same time but next day with a rush option.If you hate going to the dry cleaners, carrying your clothes down 3 flights of stairs, or even folding your clothes, just give it to Rinse. It’ll definitely save you some headache.

Comment: Rinse is super convenient and great at communicating!Although it’s only been a month, I haven’t had any problems with my clothes being damaged or horrible service (per other reviews I’ve seen on here)I just love how they text me in the morning to remind me I can get my laundry done/pick up on the same day, then upon arrival I get a text with my valet’s name, and then another text when they’ve arrived. The entrance to my house is not the easiest to get to but with the instructions that I give to the valet, they never seem to have a problem. It’s always such a breeze.They may not be the cheapest option but I would definitely use them again!
