Comment: Im speaking as 1 person, who has an account for just me. The wash comes back, clean, fragrant, nicely folded, in piles that store together in the drawers. I am very pleased with the Rinse Service, and Im fussy! I couldnt have done it better, myself. Oh, the products used on the wash; I love that I can choose. Also, the products are of good quality. Rinse works for my pet and me. Im so happy they found me.

Comment: I have been a customer of Rinse for almost two years. Ive mostly used their wash and fold service for my bed comforters, since theyre too large to fit in my machines. Ive always been impressed by their service. My comforters are always returned clean, wrinkle-free, and any spots/spills have been removed. Pickup and drop-off are always easy. And Ive mostly had very positive experiences with the Rinse drivers.Recently, I tried their dry cleaning and hang dry services for the first time and had some hiccups. But I am completely blown away by how the Rinse Care Team handled them. In the first instance, I had my first rude driver. Without getting into specifics, I will just say it was one of the most unpleasant and upsetting interactions Ive ever had with someone. When I reached out to Care Team (after 10pm), I not only received texts back, but a call from a dedicated team member (shoutout to Anthony!) who hopped on the phone with me, took down notes on the report, apologized for the drivers behavior, rescheduled my pickup for the next day, and extended a very generous credit for the trouble. He also followed up by email to ensure I knew they were listening.The second incident involved dry-cleaned pants being returned with some residue left on them. It was clear that there had been some kind of issue with the cleaning process and to Rinses credit, they included a tag about the issue when the item was returned. Unfortunately, it was worse than they had initially noted. Again, when I reached out to the Care Team, they were very thorough and responsive in clarifying what the issue was and rectifying it with a generous credit — way more than I had expected or initially asked for.I try my best to be a good customer/client when paying for services, so Im always grateful to receive great service. But Rinse has gone above and beyond more than once now. And Im so impressed. Definitely use Rinse if youre looking for a convenient and affordable laundry service!

Comment: The other day I was at my apartment working diligently amidst a overpacked schedule of meetings. I heard a sounds coming from outside my window. A faint “meow”. I looked out and at a tree adjacent my window only to realize that my fears were correct. A small kitten stuck on a waving branch. Panicked by the reality of what was occurring, I called for help. Alast my rinse delivery man was 3 steps ahead, scaling the tree and putting his life on the line to rescue the poor soul. I ran downstairs and out my door to assist in the heroic endeavor knowing I would only play a supporting role in the upcoming documentary film. The rinse delivery man lightly passed the kitten from the tree branch into my hands. Scared by the transfer from a leader to a simpleton like myself, the kitten scratched my forearm. I looked down at my arm and learned something I will never forget and has changed me to this day … I bleed rinse yellow!!!Absolutely incredible service! I never realized how annoying it was to deal with my dry cleaning until I didn’t have to. 10/10.App is super easy to use and the company is massively reliable. Always on time.

Comment: Rinse reliably handles one of the most dreaded household chores, and at a very reasonable price. I, for one, often forget to transfer wet clothes to the dryer, or end up sleeping on the couch because Im too lazy to fold the clean clothes sitting on the bed.Rinse makes freshly-cleaned clothes a convenience for anyone who doesnt have time to deal with doing laundry.

Times are convenient, the experience is technologically advanced, and the quality of the cleaning is top notch. Use them for my work clothes in Century City and my casual clothes for nights out in West LA.
