Comment: I’ve been bringing my husband’s uniform here for years. They always greet me with a smile and ask after my bird when he is not with me ☺️But more than that the service is great, with them always taking the time to get stains out and the rare occasion that isn’t possible they are sure to let me know. I also love that they notice that loose button before it falls off and are happy to fix it.Great pricing, service and people.

Comment: This is my go-to place for all dry cleaning & clothing repair needs! I would highly recommend this business to anyone and everyone in the Richmond/San Pablo area. We have had multiple wool blankets cleaned here, as well as my wedding dress, plus they have fixed my husband’s work wear (pants, vest, etc.). The workmanship has always been A+ and everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Comment: I needed several pieces tailored before my trip. Im staying in the area temporarily so I relied on Yelp and Google reviews to find somebody who might be able to do the work. I split the pieces into two batches.For the first batch I had the team here shorten both the hem and the sleeves of some button up shirts, hem jeans, redo a waist job on a pair of pants and cut the hem.Prices are from November 2022.Results:1) Chan explained to me he wouldnt and couldnt shorten the sleeves the way I was suggesting, but instead said they would cut the sleeve hems and rebuild all the details (i.e., the sleeve placket). To me, that sounded like a lot of work! They did a great job. The hem was uneven for one of the blouses, but it didnt bother me much after I saw how it draped on me so I didnt bring it up. I think Chan would have fixed this without an issue had I mentioned it. Cost: $22 to shorten the sleeves in this way which I think is a super fair price considering the work required. $18 to hem the shirt all around.2) The jeans were hemmed, but one leg was uneven. Chan fixed these at no additional cost to me and theyre perfect now. Cost: $13. $0 to fix the first hem job.3) The waist alteration made the pants fit and look so much better. Cost: $12 to take in the waist. $14 to cut the pants (Im not sure why it cost more to cut hem these than hemming the jeans since these literally just needed to be cut versus cutting and then sewing the hem of the jeans).For the second batch I had them shorten the legs of some dress pants so a bit trickier than hemming jeans, take in the waist of a pair of shorts, take in the waist of some pants, and take in a blouse that was too big for me.Results:1) Dress pants looked perfect after. They had to cut a lot of fabric off the legs. These pants had an invisible herringbone stitch, which is how they hemmed the pants (which I think was done by hand) and they also reinforced it with some interfacing. Looks great. Cost: $16.2) Shorts look great. I asked Chan to hem these by taking in the front seam instead of the back darts. They did a good job. I think there was a tiny issue where the machine skipped a stitch. I didnt want to wait to have them fix this since I can fix this myself fairly quickly. They did a clean job otherwise of taking in the seam. Cost: $18.3) Pants looked great. Cost: $18 to take in the waist. These were dress pants and I think required more work than the pants from the first batch.4) The blouse fits a lot better now. He added darts in the back. Chan explained to me how the alteration would be done to save time (and cost) after seeing how the blouse was originally constructed. Cost: $18.During each order they pressed my clothing at no additional cost, which was very nice of them!Chan is very upfront about what can and cannot be done and he explains what you can expect from an alteration. If youre not happy about something or notice something off, mention it to them. They do honest work here and Im sure theyd be happy to help you with a solution if theres a problem.Tldr: I can be really picky about alteration work. I sew myself as a hobby, but I know enough to notice good work and they do good work here. The pricing is more than fair, especially for the quality of the work and customer service. I recommend trying them out if youre looking for alterations!

Comment: I have been coming here for laundry and dry cleaning services for 5 years and have found the service and quality to be usually very good and also very moderately priced. I have had a few shirts come back with stains on them that werent there when I brought them in, but that has been a pretty rare occurrence and they have always been prompt to make up for the problem. I would definitely recommend them.
