Comment: I went to the store yesterday morning, on Dec 24th, 2020. Its my first time to do laundry in this store. The girl who is at the front desk, is very kind and helpful. She is patient and professional. They accept credit cards so that customers dont need to prepare quarters. Wonderful service and a nice place to do the laundry. People are asked to wear masks in the store. Dont be worried about COVID-19 spread. It is a safe place and a best Christmas gift for me. Thank you! See you next time. :)By the way, the cheapest price is $2, can wash 16 lbs. Dryers are ¢25, every 6 minutes. They have a big parking lot and a clean restroom. They also do hand wash if you need.

Comment: I very rarely write reviews & I really mean rarely... R&J is consistently well-maintained & managed. Covid-19 just added mandatory face masks- R&J was already at high level of daily sanitary measures. Staff & customers are friendly, nice & respectful to each other. It is a safe environment. In the midst of all the noise & traffic it manages to have a caring neighborhood feel. Staff is wonderful...Thank you 🌸

Comment: I went here to do my queen-sized quilt and wanted to feel confident taking it somewhere with good, clean, well-maintained machines. I didnt want to inadvertently use machines that had been used by someone was wash their shop towels or some other dirty laundry that would ruin my quilt. Seeing that R&J had good reviews I went in and was very pleased to see someone on duty there who was over-seeing and taking excellent care of the facility and machines. I asked her recommendation for which machine to use and she helped me with that. The place has a nice sitting area as well as a very nice restroom. It was all spic-and-span clean. My quilt came out beautifully and I would not hesitate to recommend R&J to anyone who cares about their laundry and wants a nice, clean and friendly place to go. I was pleasantly surprised by what a great experience this was.

Comment: I have been going here for years. I appreciate that it is always friendly, clean and if there is ever a question about if I think the item didnt turn out as I thought it should, they have redone it with out a single problem. The staff is esp kind to those that come in that are elderly, and go out of their way to help..I have been there several times over the 20 years, when someone that was sitting quietly off by themselves staying dry and in from the rain. That may have been homeless. Which speaks great volumes of the character of the ownership.I can say that we have had many laughs over my leaving things for long times when my husband was ill and I would forget to pick up things.I really appreciate being able to do cleaning there or do laundry in a safe enviroment.Mrs. Glenda Springer
