Comment: Absolutely blown away by my experience at this cleaners. 10/10 would recommend.First of all, it’s clear it’s family owned and run. There were multiple generations in the store when we went and it was so nice to see a family owned spot.Second, their customer service was incredible. We called about steaming and pressing a blazer which they said they could do same day. Not only did they do it in 15 minutes while we waited, they actually came out to our car in the parking lot to tell us the order was ready. When we went in to pay, they charged a really reasonable rate and wouldn’t accept a tip. Also, the blazer looked fantastic so their work is top notch.Really excellent experience and would definitely give them my business again.

Comment: My son is a Naval officer and the uniform he graduated in was full of mold. We are not sure how that happened but it did. He had tried other cleaners to get the hold removed but to no avail. I took his uniforms in for cleaning and ask if there was anyway they could at least try to remove it. They said if they could not they would send us a text letting us know.We did not hear back so I had hoped that meant they were able to get it cleaned. Picked up all of his uniforms yesterday and the uniform was just sparkling. If you did not know you could not tell it even had mold it looked as new as the day he graduated. It was worth every penny to have that uniform look as good as new. Power Cleaners has ALWAYS been our go to cleaners and always will. If you have uniforms that need cleaning no matter what job you are in Powers is the place I recommend for keeping them in top notch shape.

I especially appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond in times of need.I got a last minute notice that my sons First Communion was going to go forward this weekend so I had to rush and buy him a suit jacket, but I also needed it pressed. I immediately thought of Power Cleaners because I knew they had the capability and more importantly the willingness to help out in situations like this.I humbly asked if there was anyway I could get it done by 3PM the same day (I work nearby, but live 30 miles away), Kevin said wait right there. In just about 3 minutes I was back on the road with my perfectly pressed jacket.God bless you, Kevin, and Power Cleaners too!

Since moving to Orange County two years ago, I have tried three or four dry cleaners before Power Cleaners however, none met my expectations. Power Cleaners is far superior. Their attention to detail is outstanding. They carefully look over the clothes for anything that needs attention (such as stains and mending) and remedy it before cleaning. The other services they provide are great -- love their pillow sanitizing and reticking. Additionally, the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Power Cleaners excellence is an example for other businesses to emulate.

I have been around quite a few cleaners in the day but I have to say.. I was impressed with their quick service and how they were able to answer my questions professionally. It has been my first time experiencing this location and will post results from the alteration and of the dry cleaning. So far, service for the most part has been great!

Compared to other tailors in the area, its a little pricy, but their hours of operation are so much more convenient it ends up being worth it. They have snacks (popcorn, coffee, sometimes hot dogs) available inside as a courtesy and Ive always received my items back in a timely manner with great alterations.

Comment: My favorite dry cleaners of all time! They were able to remove extremely stubborn old stains out of my favorite clothes. Theyre always friendly and provide AMAZING service. I no longer live close to this location but I make the drive anyway since Ive had stuff ruined by other cleaners. The prices are a bit high, but in my opinion are worth the time and effort of going to a new place or replacing garments. They also have shoe repair/cleaning and tailoring services.

They are incredibly kind, professional, swift, efficient, and definitely know what they are doing.I have a satin robe which means a lot to me. My husband, 5 years ago, accidentally stained it with a black pen in the dryer. I was heartbroken but refused to toss it away. I found Power Cleaners, last year, and brought my robe to them, just in case there was something they could do. THEY GOT EVERY BIT OF INK OUT and pressed it so beautifully, it looked brand new!I like to drop my laundry off and have them deliver it. The nice thing is that if I needed it sooner, I could popover and pick it up rather than wait for the delivery.If you are a new mother, know a family about to have a baby, or know of someone whom could use the help, definitely get them a gift card for Power Cleaners. There is nothing like having someone else take care of your laundry so that you can catch up on sleep, family time, projects, or be at the hospital.

Comment: I am very picky about my dry cleaning, I enjoy nice things like most people do, nice fabric and good clothing is not cheap, so being picky about who is taking care of my clothes, to many times they ruined lost or messed up my clothes, so knowing that I wanted someone that will take care of my clothes as if it where there own. When I met Peter and his family I knew from the first moment after talking with them that they where serious about there customer and their business, the type that will make sure you are taken care of and you are happy with their services. I know their are a lot of dry cleaners in the market place but their is only one Power Cleaner in Lake forest! Thank you Peter!
