Most dry cleaners send out their work.Their standard is next day which is much faster than most. They can do same day if you drop it off first thing.

The customer service is genuinely amazing, they always help me to my car with my dry cleaning, they are always so friendly and happy to help. The actual dry cleaning service quality is always impeccable as well. All around 5 stars. I will be a loyal customer to Polo Cleaners even if I move far, it is worth the drive!

Comment: First visit and was very pleased with customer service and their dry cleaning services. I had a couple of items that had been in storage so they had a musty smell. They called me the next day to ask if they could take another day to wash them again so they could get the smell out because they weren’t satisfied as they still had an odor. Results were clean fresh wool and cashmere coats! They also gave a 30% discount as a first time customer. I will definitely be back! They also offer alterations which I look forward to utilizing as well.

Addy is fantastic, she does all my mending patchwork on my jeans her attention to detail is superb.This 1950s shirt had several holes on the armpit the material is a bit fragile. Addy did a great job fixing it.

Because I was a new customer, they offered to use a 1/2-price coupon for my gown, so it ended up costing about $37. IDK if thats good or not, but I was too lazy to shop around. Service was good, and employees were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

I called to see if they could have my sports jacket cleaned for next day pickup. They not only did it they saved me the trouble of going to mens wearhouse to get button sowed, they put one on for me without me asking. I dont take my reviews lightly, Id rather not say anything about mediocre service. Thank you guys!!

All 5 items were ready next day even faster than I expected. As well as the speedy service, it was super affordable as well at barely $42 for 5 items, everything looks great too. Will be back.

I have even gotten pants hemmed without leaving the house by pinning them and attaching a note that Id like them hemmed. It doesnt get any easier than that! Their delivery person is also very friendly and helpful. I appreciate how flexible theyve been during the pandemic too, as our dry cleaning volume has definitely decreased like so many others as we work from home more often now. Highly recommend!

Comment: I have had regular pickup and delivery with Polo Cleaners, probably for the last 20 years.During the Covid19 they reduced their delivery day down to one day a week, and because of the decrease in my needs - I didnt even know!I dropped off some table cloths asking for return delivery to be my regular day. They were so nice! Didnt clue me in to the fact there wasnt a delivery day; and then the order was rushed and delivered to me anyway by the sweet woman behind the counter.They do repairs on garments - and everything gets great care. I have been a happy customer for over 20 years.

They dont argue with customer over details that customer is concernee about. They try to fix the very rare cases that might have been overlooked.2. They pay extra attention at several steps by different people to make sure they pinpoint all the stains.3. They go extra mile and do extra details that now-a-days other cleaners rarely do. From paying attention to collar pointers to buttoning up rear pant pockets, to putting extra support to collar so it remains straight, to folding shirt arms inwards so they dont get wrinkled when multiple shirts are stacked.I highly recommend them.

Comment: Polo Cleaners in San Juan Capistrano is a top notch business. They have done careful, excellent work on all the many pieces of clothing I have sent them! I have pick up service which is awesome, because I might be excellent at getting my items in to a dry cleaners, but am terrible about getting around to picking them up. I dont have enough dry cleaning to be sending stuff for every pick up, so I can contact them by email or by phone to ask for a pick up on what would be my regular day. That way their driver doesnt have to waste a trip to my home. I think this has worked out well for both of us. They can clean and press the most difficult pieces of clothing and always return it with amazing attention to detail (tissue in sleeves of delicate blouses, for instance). It is definitely not the cheapest place around, but I really believe that they have prolonged the life of my dry-cleanable and laundered clothing (i.e., my husbands dress shirts) by being very careful with each piece. This has saved me money in the long run. And they are just plain nice, professional, and helpful! I highly recommend them!
