Usually the clothes are ready a day or two BEFORE the scheduled due date written on the receipt.They always acknowledge me in a friendly and familiar way.I will continue to use them mostly for dry cleaning…and once in a while for alterations and laundry.

Comment: Let me just start by saying the owner of this dry cleaners is such a great human being and really cares about his customers! I had a last min wedding to attend on a Sunday and needed same day cleaning on my evening gown, he got it done 2 hours earlier than expected and pressed another “just in case” dress in 5 mins as I was in a huge hurry. He went above and beyond and he also walked the dresses to my car himself so they don’t drag on the floor and placed them properly so they don’t get wrinkled. Plus he didn’t charge an alarm and leg for same day. Trust me you want to go here for all your clothes! Thank you so much Robert, you’re amazing!!

Comment: This was my second time coming back . I dropped off clothes a while ago with them to be cleaned and finally came back to get them. Luckily they weren’t even mad nor did they complain that they could’ve tossed away my stuff because it was almost 8 months since I dropped the clothes off to be cleaned. They rebagged the clothes and then I noticed some stuff had gotten some dust on it from sitting for 8 months. Instead of telling me it’s my fault for leaving it they said we will redo it free of charge. It was so classy. The owner actually took his time out and talked to me and was a really good human. The service business is alive and well and this Cleaners is without a doubt there to meet your needs and desires.

I love that they text me when the clothes are ready to be picked up. My only complaint? I never know if theres a line to stand in to wait for help, do I just stand and wait at an empty counter, or do I stand behind another customer thats being helped. Maybe a sign would be helpful? But theyre really top notch!

A month ago my husband took his shirts to them and I asked my husband to take couple garments of mine to dry clean too. My husband comes back with a a huge tear in my shirt and tells me they acknowledged they ruined my shirt and they are ready to make up for it . I called their owner and toldhim where I got my shirt and it’s been a month and I am still waiting for them to reimburse me for my shirt . This shirt is less than a year old and it was my favorite.August 19, 2022 my updateWe had a pleasure of meeting the owner and he happened to be an amazing guy and he fixed my shirt . He is a real professional and knows what he is doing . Just be reassured if something goes wrong he is going to take care of you .

Comment: These folks are AMAZING!!! It was a God-send finding them. I had a problem with a spot on my white suit and unfortunately tried fix. Needless to say I made it way way worse. I had few options after that mistake so I started calling around. The cleaners in the neighborhood recommended Pico so I called. They mentioned that they had Same Day service, but Id missed the cut if. Well after a quick huddle the took the suit and in hours it was brand new!!! I want to thank Serigio for all his efforts; Marina is a genius for offerings a solution; but Jacob is a savvy businessman. No wonder a competitor is recommending him. I see why! Good with designer clothes and simple washSince pandemic - hours were cut, closes earlier, some days there are long lines, very busy. Dont always call back. I cant walk after bilateral hip replacement they promised to take payment over the phone and set up delivery and manager never called me back as promised. I dont hold it against them they are the busiest in the area. Thank you anyway

They dry cleaned my coffee stained jeans 2 extra times for free because the stains I was trying to remove had not come out the first time and eventually they came out and the pants look new. Every employee I have dealt with there has somehow gone out of their way to make me happy as a customer including letting me pick up my pants a couple of minutes after the store had officially closed to save me a trip back.
