Comment: This place might be expensive, but it is worth paying for if you want your expensive clothes to last longer. The guys use gentle light chemicals for the fabric, but there hasnt been a stain yet that they havent been able to remove. The staff is always friendly, making you feel welcome anytime you enter that door. They also send courtesy text messages when your items are ready. Highly recommended!

I dont know what that guy was talking about, saying they ripped a hole, replaced a button etc. David the owner and Esmeralda the manger ALWAYS take care of ANY issues I may have has over the years! No business is actually perfect BUT theyre pretty darn close!Huge state of the art ECO Friendly facility, ample parking in back, at your door pick up/delivery service!, and open 7 days a week!WOW! Thats service!My absolute favorite dry cleaners! They take the time to get to know their customers. I mean names, cleaning preferences everything. They have extremely personalized service. Pick up and delivery service, same day service, alterations, specialty services like small repairs that they just take care of for you when you didnt even notice it. Great hours as well.

I had a couple pieces of clothing with OLD stains and they did a great job removing them, especially taking the age of the stain in consideration, Esmerelda insisted on going back one more time to see if they could get it to look even better. I trust them with all my expensive designer brands. They made my 16 year old Moncler coat look brand new again!

I searched and searched on the internet and was having no luck. It seemed that most tailors has bad reviews in regards to quality of work and poor customer service.I pulled over to look for some more on my phone and happened to park right next to Perfect Dry Cleaners. So I googled them and saw they had great reviews for tailoring, dry cleaning and service. I pulled into their parking lot which had lots of reserved spaces just for them. Grabbed my slacks and went in.The girl behind the counter (sorry didn’t write down her name, younger, dark hair mid length) was super friendly, helpful and actually cared about the customer. I actually asked her if she was related to the owners because she did her job so well. She responded “that’s the way it’s supposed to be done since she was dealing with the public”. She directed me to the changing room which was comfortable. The tailor was right there waiting for me, I told him how I liked them hemmed, he listened, pinned them and I was done within minutes, all 6 pairs of slacks.I asked for the slacks to be dry cleaned afterwards along with the suits I brought in too. It was Tuesday and I was told my suits would be done by Wednesday and slacks by Thursday. I told them I wasn’t in a hurry but they still kept the ready dates. She gave me a receipt, reiterated the ready dates, applied a new customer discount and off I went.I went back on Saturday to pick up my stuff. The experience was exactly the same, amazing! Everything was ready, the quality of the work was great and the price was below what I had expected to pay. If you are looking for a great tailor and dry cleaners that cares about the customer, gives great service and has parking.....Perfect Dry Cleaners is definitely the place and lives up to it’s name, perfectly!

I had leather elbow patches added to a beloved blazer and the care with which the placement was decided, gave me total confidence in the execution of the project. Also had moth holes re-woven on a houndstooth blazer and when I picked it up, I could NOT find where the repair had been done. People are all lovely, great “expectation management” on completion and everything pristine and ready to wear!
