Comment: We needed my friends dads shirt and coat dry cleaned quickly as we were in a time crunch to get my friend married in the hospital for her dad. I explained the situation and they complied with concern but replied they’ll get it done as quickly as possible. They called us in an hour and a half later and said sorry about the situation. When I tried to tip for their efforts and unreasonable demand to the workers, the boss lady ran out coming with the tips in her hand saying she can’t accept the tips. I appreciated the gestures and the quick turn around. My friends dad could wear his coat for my friends wedding at the hospital. My friend only had one day to plan the wedding because of dire circumstances and I can’t stress how clean and fast they got it done.

Comment: I needed a dress dry cleaned for a wedding that is made of special fabric. After searching on Google and reading the great reviews, I used this One Hour Dry Cleaning. Upon arrival the owners were friendly and transparent regarding the possibility of not getting all the stains out. My dress also had a sparkling gray fabric and there were some concerns shared with me that some of the sparkles may come off during the wash of the fabric. I left my dress and my husbands white dress shirt with the hope my dress would be cleaned sucessfully and my husbands shirt would be white and nicely pressed. About an hour later I received a call from the cleaners that all stains came out of my dress and the sparkling fabric cleaned just fine. In that moment I realized the reviews for this cleaners were spot on and that although I live in San Pedro, I will be using this cleaners again. They are worth the drive and commute time. Their service is outstanding! When I arrived ro pick up my clothing I was greeted with smiles from them. To my delight, my dress looked brand new and my husbands shirt was a crisp white and nicely pressed. I highly recommend this cleaners. They are exceptional and possess the expertise of dry cleaners my family used when I was a child. Dont waste time having reservations, this is a dry cleaners that believes in quality performance!

Comment: My wife and I were in town just for the weekend for a friend’s wedding. We ended up enjoying the party a little too much and to spare you the details, by the end of the night we feared that my wife’s favorite pink dress might be ruined! On top of this, we were only in town for less than 48 more hours until we had to fly back to NYC. Talk about a dry cleaning emergency! Luckily, we found one hour cleaners. Not only were they able to clean the dress, they did it in less than 6 hours! On top of that, the cost was way below what we expected for the amount of cleaning magic we were asking them to do. It was nothing short of a laundry miracle! If you have a laundry emergency, look no further than one hour cleaners! Just do it! Go! You’ll be thanking your luckily stars and the wonderful people at one hour cleaners that you did 😉

My biggest issue with dry cleaners have been the chemical smell left on the clothes but thankfully do not have to worry about that here!

Comment: This review is long over due but I really need to spread the word!After the amazing reviews on yelp I decided to give them a try and One Hour Cleaners has been a go to place ever since. The staff is always great, but kudos to the owners. I believe the place is owned by a couple and both of them are very nice, but special shout out to the gentleman. He is always smiling, but the one thing that pushed me to write the review was when he went out of his way when I was in desperate need of picking up my work uniform and I was running late.Picture this, I am in Anaheim finishing some stuff the day before thanks giving and I realize that I wont be making it on time to pick up my 3 pieces. They will be closed the following day and I NEED to pick up my uniform for the next day. I gave them a call and he agreed to wait for me! He waited 30 min after closing! Ooh... and I forgot my VISA so I tried to pay with my AMEX, little did I know, they do not accept AMEX (what a surprise...) so he gave me store credit and told me to come back the day after thanks giving to pay for my pieces. When I went in to pay he welcomed me smiling and didnt even accept a tip.He has gained a loyal customer, and whoever asks for a dry cleaner this is the ONE place I recommend.Also, a previous time, a button from my pants was missing and they sewed one back on.Prices are always fare and the customer service and results are excellent!
