Comment: I live in Petaluma but came here since it was the closest place for dry cleaning without the use of chemicals. I brought two large pillows and they looked amazing! Once I learned Mondi, who is just such a lovely person, also did alterations, I brought in a few items to be adjusted. She did a fabulous job, and I loved her prompt and thoughtful text updates. Comment: MONDI IS THE BEST!!!I moved to Novato from SF around 2 years ago, and Mondi has helped with everything my family has needed since.All of my suite jacket and pant alterations have come out perfect. She even altered my daughters prom dress with 2 days notice!! at an extremally reasonable price!! I had to force her to accept more money.Mondi has been awesome, even to someone like me who makes a fair amount of unreasonable requests and wants to rush everything. We will continue to use Mondi at Novato Square for all of our alterations and cleaning, for as long as she willing to put up with me:)

I just moved here a little over five months ago and figured I would give Novato Square Cleaners a try until I got settled in and found a laundromat I liked near me, but now I think I’ll just stick with them since they have yet to disappoint. I have been using this eco friendly dry cleaning laundry service for a couple months now and I have to say they really have done an excellent job—and the price is definitely reasonable. Everytime I pick up my clothes, it always smells amazing and everything is perfectly folded as you would hope.They are extremely professional and responsive too. And I love the fact that there is the option of a scent free detergent, since I hate strong scents. Mandi also offers quality tailoring and alterations. I had my slacks altered here, and they came out beautifully, as if they were custom made. I also got a jacket altered and she did a great job as well. Mandi’s tailoring skills are top notch.Super happy! Keep up the good work!P.S. Mandi is the best!

Comment: Mandi saved my dress in no time! She is a magician with a needle in thread!!! I needed alterations for an oversized dress w/o any notice. She squeezed me in same day and had the dress back the following day. Not only did she transform my figure in my little pink silk dress but she is as sweet as sugar. Excellent service, fast, affordable, and personable. Paying a visit to this dry cleaners/alterations is nothing short of a heavenly experience. I’ll never go anywhere else.
