Comment: I used them for the first time for wash & fold of large good quality flannel sheets. They were professional and friendly and the sheets look very clean and are folded neatly. I am registering for their delivery/pickup service. You can also do your own touch-less pickup, once you have their app. Im impressed and will definitely use them again. Thanks, Mulberrys!I have now used Mulberrys several times for both wash & iron (tablecloths, etc) and wash & fold. They are reliable and friendly and responsive and have excellent customer service. Comment: First time customer there. Staff was super friendly. Pricing seems reasonable. Need to wait until I pick up my laundry to provide more information. So far I would recommend this business just got the customer service alone. Only downside is parking but I guess plenty of parking around, so not a big deal.

Comment: I was really impressed how well they cleaned my leather jacket. I had accidentally left a chocolate Christmas candy in the pocket, which later melted and I feared it had ruined my garment. Comment: Got a quote on Yelp within 30min, and the balance of quoted cost, turnaround, location made me try Mulberrys over other top results onGot my suit jacket taken in and sleeves temp shortened, and after the first time customer 20% discount, came out to $48. Brought it on a Friday and it was done the following Tuesday, despite actually estimating to finish on Thursday! Was able to wear it to a funeral on the following Saturday.Some Chinese alteration shops in the area could be cheaper... But Gita, the seamstress at Mulberrys SC, was incredibly nice and pro, gave me great advice that helped me make a best decision, and helped me turn an imperfect cheap poly/viscose jacket into a fitted, versatile piece.

It was my first visit after a move to San Carlos. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the store, and doubly impressed when my sweater came out looking new, & on a new wooden hanger for me to take home. A classy touch for my new favorite cleaners!
