Comment: May 2023: I would like to update my last review ....In my humble opinion, Mulberrys has made significant improvement over the past few months. The new in-store crew are superb. Professional, attention to detail and with great customer service. Clothes are generally ready as promised. I just wish they would open Sundays, at least a few hours in the morning for pick-up and drop-off. Otherwise everything else is great.Keep up the good work!_____________________________________________________They used to be my favorite cleaners. When Covid hit, they closed their Belmont store. They sent out emails and text telling us that. But when they re-opened Belmont store they didnt bother to send any notification. I found out accidentally as I was driving by. This was BAD business practice. While they were closed I found another Belmont cleaners which had remained open during pandemic closure. Now that Mulberrys Belmont store is open, I bring 10% of my business there. The other Belmont cleaner gets most of my business out of loyalty.

Comment: I give Mulberry’s in Belmont 5 stars because of Toni’s professionalism and great customer service. I had been having a bad day and hadn’t picked up our clothes which we needed for Sunday. I called Mulberry’s in Belmont at 5:35pm and they close at 5:00pm. I explained my situation to Toni and without poop thinking twice she offered to wait for me so I could pick up my clothes. I highly recommend Mulberry’s in Belmont because they have Toni who gives the BEST customer service and they offer top notch dry cleaning!!

Comment: Had the distinct pleasure of being helped by Toni aka TPayne at Mulberrys in Belmont. Despite being from Indiana, she had all the charm and professionalism you would expect from a Belmont native ;) This is the first time Id been to a Dry Cleaners since before the Pandemic, so I may have forgotten, but I dont remember my past visits being this friendly and enjoyable. I can wholeheartedly recommend Mulberrys in Belmont, ask for TPayne!

On several occasions, Ive trusted them to handle all sorts of items and they always deliver quality service.What I really value most is that their staff has always been courteous and has always made me feel like a valued customer. Crew members like TPayne really go above and beyond and make my business feel less like a transaction and more like genuine care.

I know them all by name, and when I visit once a week then Saturdays, and employee named Rachel always reach me by name. And we’ve even read some of the same books.I am visiting Mulberry’s on weekdays for now because they have problems staffing Saturdays. I will come whenever they’re open because I love their service.I have been going to Mulberry since it opened near my home, many many years ago.. 😎👍

Comment: I found Mulberry a few weeks ago. I had just moved and my new location doesnt have a laundry room for me to use. I started looking for a laundromat. The cost of the washers/dryers was more than I expected, not to mention the time waiting.With Mulberrys I took a bag home, stuffed it with as much dirty clothes as I could, including bed linens. I dropped it off and 2 days later I notified my laundry was ready to be picked up. It was GREAT. They even did the job I hate the most, they paired my socks. Thanks Mulberrys.

Comment: The services that this company provides are designed to make laundering clothes easy! For the most part this is true and our experiences with mulberry’s has been great. There have been a few times the location we deliver to in Belmont was understaffed and had to close its doors for the day or has had to let us know our order was going to be late because of machinery being broken at their washing facility. Other than those inconveniences they are a great service that is close by and great at communicating.

Comment: I walked in need to get my dress hemmed. They gave me an estimate of a week (pretty fast from my past experience from other shops). The seamstress was great and informative. But the best of it all I had my dress ready next day. Will definitely come back here for my alterations or cleaning needs.
