Comment: I dont own an iron. I wear button-down shirts for work and even if I had an iron, Id have to watch a YouTube video to learn to properly press my shirts and thats not going to happen. Amanda is a new trainee at Mulberrys Garment Care in South Beach. She greeted me as soon as I entered and asked if I was dropping off the shirts I was placing on her counter. I said yes, and I also have a pickup. She asked my name and quickly found my order on her carrousel. I have a no-plastic-bag selection on my Mulberrys profile and Amanda noticed this with approval. I paid for my laundered and pressed shirts and Amanda thanked me kindly for my business. Amanda is a kind and appreciative sales associate and she quickly got my pickup and drop-off processed, sending me on my merry way with freshly pressed work shirts with a smile on my face. I highly recommend Amanda and Mulberrys Garment Care in South Beach!

Toni is very responsive to the customers and does a great job, took the time to consult and made sure the alterations were correct and fit well, Toni made sure my dress was well steamed, and re steamed my dress. I thought the price for the alterations was a reasonable price. That really showed me that this business cares more about its customers then money. The work was done in a week which is great . I would definitely recommend this place, everyone there was super friendly and attentive. I would be sure to come back. I also got a $10 off coupon for my next visit .

Comment: Mulberry’s has been my dry cleaner since arriving in SF. The are environmentally responsible, they pick up and deliver, and they have store front services within walking distance of my home. They process my clothes quickly, they’re efficient at the counter, and their staff greet me by name. The only negative comment, which is constructive feedback, their current store hours are not conducive to working people, so I have to often handle my business with them on the weekends only or use the delivery service. Thank you.

The vintage shirts I brought you were in critical condition, and I was not confident anyone could undo the damage done by the second rate cleaners I had previously entrusted them to. However, when I picked them up from your storefront two days later, I was amazed to see my favorite shirts fully restored and reconditioned.Following this very satisfying first experience, I brought you my 45 year old Harris Tweed coat. As I had previously been concerned about the process necessary to clean a garment as special as this classic tweed, It had not been done in quite awhile and the wool was sorely in need of both cleaning and reconditioning. Yesterday, I returned to Townsend Street to pick up my tweed and found it looked as great as the first day I put it on. Your staff not only cleaned, but fully conditioned my coat as well. I am truly grateful for the care and professionalism I found at Greenstreets Cleaners, and will trust my clothes to no one else.
