Comment: Ive traveled from Michigan and all over the states - this is by far THE BEST alteration cleaners that Ive ever experienced! I am very particular about how my clothes fit, and I feel like a million $$ every time I pick up my clothes and wear them out...it never fails!!! Going elsewhere is a waste of time. Mrs. Best/Pauline Alterations can alter anything and make it look amazing!!! Thank you for providing over 18 years of consistent and immaculate work!

Comment: Very good at what they do! They saved my sons costume. The zipper got messed up and they repaired it like nothing had ever happened to it. Even better. Very friendly and fast work.

Comment: I had a rush request for some alterations and found Mrs. Best on Google (I dont live in her area).Paulin (owner) was very responsive, professional and accommodating.She fulfilled my request as rapidly as can be expected, and did a fantastic job!She is excellent at what she does.I have no reservations returning to her for service (if Im in the area) AND would give her my highest recommendation to anyone needing tailoring and/or dry cleaning.From what I can tell, she is Mrs. BEST!

Grandma and Pauline get it Right every time they put their hands to work. Bostonia is very lucky to have a top notch family team of tailors/seamstresses. Comment: WOW! Customer service, quality, skill, and value! I went in needing a corset taken in a tiny bit around the bust and explained that I needed it for Halloween in two days. She had me throw it on, pinned it, and stitched it while I waited! I was so impressed by the service and the ladies were so personable! I would definitely recommend and will be taking all my alterations there going forward!
