Comment: My favorite dry cleaners of all time! Dan and Scott work SO hard! They take such wonderful care of the clothes for my entire family. Everything is extremely reasonably priced and they get everything turned around in such a timely manner. I come here every chance I get. Parking can sometimes be a challenge in the shopping center. Mostly I just try to visit during off-peak times. They are cash only.

Comment: I just moved into the area and needed dry cleaning for a dress shirt and comforter. I had the absolute best experience at Mr Best! I had such a positive experience that Im compelled to write this review to support Dan and the business. Who knew I could be so passionate, satisfied, and happy with dry cleaning?? I just had a 15 min conversation with Dan and it was so, so refreshing - he hasnt raised prices at all despite rent and supply costs more than doubling because he sees his customers as family and would rather personally eat and spend less so that we dont have to. He aims to give the best service to every person who walks through the door, and its clear that hes doing an incredible job. I am now a loyal lifelong customer! Thank you Dan and Mr Best!

Comment: Been going here for almost 20 years. Great service, Dan and Scott have always been terrific. They will tell you if there is something that they cant do or a stain that is just not going to come out. But they do that before taking the item or charging you for it. There have been a couple of times where they werent sure but the end result was just fine. Their honesty, kindness and great work should keep them in business for many years. During this difficult time, their business has dropped off as more people are working from home. I used to wear my items twice before getting them dry cleaned again. Now I wear them once and bring it in, just to help support a local small business that deserves to be open. You cant go wrong with these great guys

Also, the pricing is very competitive and theyre friendly to boot! The competition needs to take note of how these folks operate. Although Id love to support my nearby local shops, charging $5+ for a shirt/pants is unreasonable and voluntary extortion if you abide. This is why this store is always, ALWAYS full to the brim w/business and inventory.The Bad: Wish they were open 7-days a week, but since management is a two-man team, I fully understand that they need a break too!Note: Cash only.

Comment: I absolutely love this dry cleaning shop. Ive been a customer for about 7 years and theyve never done me wrong. They offer expedited services, and have never been late on any of my pickups. I just took a 3-piece suit in for cleaning, and they only charged me $11 (non-expedited). They got the oil-based foundation off of the shoulder and lapel and the pants were pressed perfectly. The staff is always really friendly, but they havent botched any of my orders, so I havent had to see how they deal with an upset customer.

Comment: Theyre not bragging with the name Mr. Best, is just a simple fact. I used to live down the street from this place, and brought all my dry cleaning here. Moved a few cities away, stopped coming here, and thought I found a new favorite. Boy, was I wrong! I just paid $20 for organic dry cleaning in Costa Mesa (its just stream, come to find out) and my silk dress smells like someone wore it and sweat all over it. I swear it didnt stink like that when I brought it in. Anyway, after a few years away, I brought it back to Mr. Best... and the guy recognized me! I also brought in 2 other garments that he told me I could clean on my own, and even showed me what kind of laundry brush to use and where to find one. He literally said that he didnt feel like I need to waste money on dry cleaning them when I can do it myself. Who says that??? Someone who can afford to, because hes doing that good of a job on everything else that gets brought to him and doesnt have to worry about losing business over offering some DIY tips. Ill be making the drive back to Tustin for all my dry cleaning needs again.

Comment: So Im trying to ride my bike to work along with the train and taking a suit on a bike is a little ridiculous, so in looking for a more local dry cleaning I decided on the highest rated in the area and for good reason. I understand the want to not overpay and get a good value, but a couple hundred dollar clothing item owes it to use a quality service.I agree with the vast majority of the other reviewers in that the staff and owner are very friendly, do impeccable work, especially on my suits. Food stains, no problem. They will keep you fresh to death.My 10 Pendletons were cleaned and pressed, though he didnt seem very knowledgeable about virgen wool, let alone vintage, but I couldnt really expect that much from him. Pendletons usually require a more defined crease on the arm.I wish they kept longer hours. I wish they took credit card. I wish they clipped my sleeves after pressing.I will be bringing my 2 dozen other Pendletons here with more specific instructions about their care.One of my shirts has a tear in the sleeve, which was done by me and found by the owner. It was decided that no work would be done on that until confirmed by me. Great service, but did that conversation have to wait until I picked it up 4 days later. I would have liked a phone call to approve this more readily, instead I have to come back for single pick up, granted its paid for already. Why give my phone if youre not going to use it.Im ok with the price, love the work and is close to a 5 star rating, but had I brought this to a Santa Ana dry cleaning my Pendletons would be dollar bill crisp and clipped. I like the old school set up, but wouldnt mind seeing a more modern racking system and electronic filing.

Comment: My sister and i are on first name basis with dan the owner, and believe me, ive tasked dan with some pretty difficult dry cleaning duties before such as:1. buffalo wings hot sauce on my tweed jacket2. cran vodka stain on my white peplum dress3. ikura poppings on my silk shirtend results? looking like new. im not sure how they manage to restore my clothing from my utter clumsiness, but they do. he totally gives me life advice well.this, will be an ever lasting friendship :)
