Comment: Ill start out with saying this could easily have been a one star review, but Robert and Al averaged that into a 4 star review because of their over and above customer service. When I went to pick up my husbands new custom designed suit from being dry cleaned, the suit jacket was no where to be found. Unfortunately this suit was time sensitive as my husband was wearing it to my sisters wedding which we were leaving for in less than 24 hours. After standing around for 45 minutes, Robert told me they would need a few hours to go through camera footage and see what happened. Al assured me that they would figure out what happened before they went home for the night. Robert told me they never lose anything, its just misplaced, and that they would comp the dry cleaning. About 2 hours later after I went home, I got a call from Robert, he said that it had accidentally been given to a different customer but that that customer was coming back around midnight to bring the suit jacket. The next morning at 8:30am, Juan dropped off my husbands suit jacket at our home! All ready to go. I so appreciated the time and effort that went into righting their wrong and helping get my husbands suit jacket back.

They tailored a nice black jumpsuit for me— I always have a problem with pant length as I’m a short gal and they hemmed it perfectly for me (the seams are super professional, the looked even better than the OG manufacturer seams) as well as fixed the straps to make my garment from “hmm maybe I should just return it” to the best fitting thing I own now. It was super fast, the staff was incredibly friendly and kind, and pricing was a steal for the quality of work they do—100% will get return service from me.

Once you get in a very nice person great you and assign you a counter. In less than a minute they are helping me. Because it was my first time I’ve got a bag of goodies Really handy ones and good. The process was super easy I forgot telling you there’s coffee, cookies and more available for clients If you choose text you will get an update on your clothing cleaning steps Every job is done in 24 hours or less if you request. Great dry cleaners and laundry. They offer alterations I found very good the bottoms at the counter to replace a lost one until You get home. One of my blouses had bad spots on it. It came out so amazing clean . I highly recommend this place. High customer service, amazing dry cleaners.

Comment: I needed a uniform dry cleaned and tailored on a Friday and ready on Sunday. No other dry cleaner would take on the task of dry cleaning alone within that timeframe. Enter Milt & Edie’s, they got the job done and done well and on time. It was a bit pricey ($100+) but again, they did what other Dry Cleaners wouldn’t. If tailoring a police or security guard uniform (pants) be sure to bring your boots with you that way you can give the tailor some reference as to how tapered you may need the pants. I have to go back to loosen my pants just a tad bit, but again, not the tailors fault.Dry cleaning is relatively cheap, quite affordable in my opinion, less than $20 per item. Tailoring is what made my bill so expensive, we’re talking in the $60+ range per item. Worth it if you need it done fast.Also, there are free snacks, popcorn, and water there for customers to take. Friendly and efficient employees. Definitely recommend.

Comment: I used this service to have my laundry washed and folded. They picked up and delivered my laundry for free. When they delivered it, it was beautifully packaged. My only complaint is that I would like a bit more fabric softener. My towels felt a little rough, so maybe I need to communicate my request a little better. I recommend Milt & Edie’s for fluff & fold, and I am eager to try some of their other services.

Comment: I came in for a last minute dress alteration and they were so accommodating and I was able to have the turn around within 12 hours —-I dropped it off at 9pm and it was ready and pressed by 11am! Amazing service. The next day we were even able to drop my boyfriends suits off for cleaning and the turn around time was within 5 hours. Great service!

Comment: Milt & Edies is terrific! The late hours are very convenient for me. I love their friendly atmosphere. The complimentary cookies, candies, and popcorn are a nice touch. They always finish their work quickly and on time. When I come in for alterations, their tailors always take the time to listen to my concerns and do the job right. This is the only place I need for cleaning and alterations.

Comment: It’s always a pleasure to bring my dry cleaning to Milt & Edie’s. They truly are the best dry cleaners I’ve ever used - they usually do great work, and on the rare occasion that something unexpected happens, they always go to great lengths to make it right. And having 4 hour service is the best part - if I need something quickly, I can get it the same day (or night - they’re open 24 hours and they almost all of their work right there in the store). I’ve gotten a lot of new clothes tailored, and their tailoring team rocks the house. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Comment: I have been going to Milt and Edie’s for about 8 years now. Their service is always prompt and professional. They always do a great job and are polite and eager to help out. I love that that are open 24/7 and can do fast turn around times. Not the cheapest dry cleaner in town but it’s worth it cause you get what you pay for. They also mail coupons out that give credit towards services and sometimes have deals on line that help bring the prices down. I haven’t used anyone else in the 8 years I started using Milt and Edie’s.

Comment: My tailor was amazing! He was very kind and professional. The ambiance of the place is very fun and old school 50 vibes. My only issue was the tailoring cost more than my clothes itself. I bought a pair of scrubs for $25 and my tailoring cost over 100$. I would have like to have known this before hand and not have wasted the tailors time. I still paid it but it was way out of my price range.

Comment: The only place able to do an alteration within the 48 hours that I needed it done, and they did a beautiful job, exactly how I wanted. Fast, efficient, skilled, and friendly. Being open 24/7 helps too! And when all was done, totally reasonable cost! There are closer places but I will happily go out of my way any time I need something cleaned or altered FNO. Comment: Incredible service and team. My first visit was so great--I was in an out of there in what felt like 2 minutes. There team helped me fill out paperwork, gave me a complimentary gift bag, and provided top of the notch service! My dry cleaning was completed in less than 24 hours--and at a good price. I am a professional ballroom dancer, so my dry cleaning needs are quite particular--they took care of my dancewear beautifully and put a lot of care into their work. 11/10 experience!

I had a pair of pants altered and it was perfectly done, within the timeframe they promised.I also received a text message letting me know when my order was ready, which I really loved. Comment: I came with my co-worker to pick up her cleaning. Im not sure about the prices, but this place is poppin. They have a dedicated lady directing customers as counters open up. They have a popcorn machine, candy at every counter. I noticed they have special garment bags for sweaters and they seal the bottom of the plastic wrap on long bags.You can recycle your hangers and plastics bags, its open 24 hours and provide 2 hour rush jobs if needed. This place is fun to check out.
