Comment: One week before my wedding, as I was trying on my dress, something bad happened. Was it a spittle of coffee left in my mouth? Maybe. A little foundation on the bathroom counter? Possibly. Whatever it was, Bob got it out. I had no idea how few dry cleaners were willing to take on wedding dresses, but thankfully Bob was my third call, and took the stress out of my hands. They picked up the dress from the tailor, made it look perfect and dropped it off at my place within two days. Also, Bob couldn’t be nicer. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

Comment: Friendly staff, good price for the delivery/pick up convenience and quality of the job—we had a large rug that smelled like cat urine and our large dog and they made the rug just like new!4 stars rather than 5 because I had to call them multiple times to get our rug back and because they didn’t contact us when it was ready, plus it took them about a month longer than they originally quoted us (got it back 8/10 when they originally said the first or second week of July) and never contacted us proactively to update us on the delay.Overall worth it and I’d use their services again! The rug doesn’t smell bad anymore and the price was less than buying a new rug!

My daughter was traveling to another state and she forgot something back in California, which she needed dry cleaned before using. i had a flight the next day, and so i called Martinizing Team. Lisa (i hope i am spelling it right) gracefully understood my need that i need it picked up from home and delivered back same day because next day 4am i had a flight.lisa not only took my request but personally offered to coordinate to make sure all is done to meet the need and timeline. Lisa kept me informed of any potential risks with the fast track /drying process and took my permission to proceed before deciding. Further lisa committed that I will receive it back asg my home at 9pm same day, Absolutely 5 stars service🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.For some reason they got delayed in evening and to my surprise Bob who manages the team there, was in city but came back to danville, picked up the product and hand delivered to me at 11:30am. i am so thank ful to you Martinizing for making all our dry cleaning needs met to world class levels

Every pivot point of the entire process from pick up to drop off was so pleasurable and relieving. They are very good at communication and communicated through every step of the way in between drop off and pick up. Incredibly professional and personable. I cant remember every name but every single person I came in contact with were very nice. I didnt expect my laundry to be folded so tastefully as in neat and organized. I really didnt expect the additional laundry bags and Im so happy to use those moving forward. Comment: I have used Martinizing for more than 5 years now and their quality and service have far exceeded my previous dry cleaner. The prior cleaner would return 2-3 dress shirts with broken buttons every quarter. Ive never had a shirt returned with a broken button from Martinizing. I suspect buttons were broken at least a few times in 5+ years, but new buttons were sewn on before I got the shirt back.Bob, the owner, is personally involved and is super helpful. As one example. I got delayed on a flight and only had 36 hours to get lots clothes cleaned before I needed to leave on another trip. Bob arranged for my laundry to be picked up, cleaned, and delivered early the next morning. As long as Bob is running the ship, I will be a loyal customer.

Comment: I used to spend way too much time going back-and-forth between the dry cleaners and then I found Bob and Company. They have always been very thorough and extremely timely with getting my dry cleaning picked up and dropped off often with short rush jobs so I can keep up with my busy travel schedule.They also have been able to handle minor repairs like a missing button and a hem that fell out.I recommend them totally !

Comment: More expensive than competitive offerings, but they do great work, and the customer service is as good as it gets. Considering that the last pickup and delivery service I used lost my shirt, and gave my wife someone elses top, and never apologized for the errors, Im happy to pay the premium here for better service.Amazing service. Very professional. We had an issue with one of our clothing items we brought it. The store owner went well above-and-beyond to remedy the situation. I was incredibly impressed and delighted with how things turned out. Youre in great hands with these guys!

Comment: Needed a fast turnaround on a shirt on a Saturday. Called Danville Martinizing and was not only surprised they could do the turnaround but that they would deliver it back to my house by mid-afternoon. And the price was less than I was paying at my regular spot. Just got my bus.....
