Comment: I was hesitant to go here due to some of the bad reviews but I bit the bullet and was not disappointed! Ive taken my wool Gucci hat to many other cleaners and they havent done such a good job as to restore the color on the Gucci stripe compared to Marshall Steel Cleaners and their time-frame to get the job done is quick and reasonable! Definitly check out the photos Ive posted with this review to see for yourself! I really should of taken some before and after photos because the transformation is insane! My hat practically looks brand new! Considering it spent a whole day out on the beach prior to bringing it in, just trying to explain the condition of my hat doesnt do justice.On my first initial visit, the lady who greeted me was super transparent and nice, i can totally see how she can come off as serious or rude but at the end of the day I can see shes trying her best. Anyways, she said they cant guarantee that theyll be able to fully restore my hat and what not but they will of course try their best. Which I really appreciated. I had them take it in and they said it should be ready in 4 days.I come back in 4 days and lo and behold my Gucci hat came back looking like when I first bought it! Impressive! Definitely going to come back here to get my other garments serviced by them!Thank you!

Comment: I cant believe Im the first person to review this Cleaners! Ive been taking our cleaning there - mostly my husbands shirts - since we moved to Castro Valley in 2004. I think they do a good job - everything is always cleaned well and on time.These days Im actually doing my shopping at another center that is closer to my house now and has a different cleaner, but I havent switched even though it would be more convenient.I guess I continue to go there for one reason - the woman who works there has always been so nice. Its funny...I just realized I dont know her name. She may be the owner. If not, I hope the owners realize how lucky they are.
