They should attempt to contact customers with big orders to inform them of the cost before processing, as well all know it can get very costly. Other than that, it’s my go to for sure

They also had an AMAZING turnaround rate. Im not sure about how competitive they are in terms of pricing, but they do a good job with dry cleaning. They also do alterations and small sewing jobs.

Comment: I just picked up my wedding dress from Magic Touch today and I honestly couldnt be happier. My dress was SO dirty after my wedding (we walked around Brooklyn taking pictures before hand and it picked up alot of dirt). We brought the dress to a different dry cleaner in San Diego and had a less than great experience so I picked up the dress before they even worked on it and brought it to Magic Touch. The woman I spoke to couldnt have been nicer and she was very straight forward about what they would and would not be able to do. I left the dress and they called me within an hour with an estimate and took my payment over the phone. The dress was ready in about a week, I was surprised at how fast it was! After picking up the dress today to see that its not only sparkling clean but they fixed some lace around the neckline which they previously said they might not be able to do, I am extremely happy. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to clean their wedding dress, they did an exceptional job!

Best of all, I got an idea to sew up a giant 25th anniversary banner to surprise my wife...and Kacy and Ben at Magic Touch worked all through the weekend to have it ready in time. When my original plan of using adhesive to attach the letters didnt work, Kacy meticulously cut my hand-stenciled letters hand-sewed all 30 letters on the banner. They put a lot of love into what they do!
