Tried several other dry cleaners in the area and guess what….they are ALL Expensive!At Magic Cleaners they do an amazing job and I’m sure we pay for the convenience. With my work schedule I appreciate the hours.Two other cleanser I’ve tried in the area didn’t get my collars clean - I hate that.One place argued with me that they pressed my suit - that was bull and they charged me $40 to dry clean a suit - stay away from cleaners near Lake & California. Oh, and the discounts at Magic’s cleaners actually pay off if you have at least 5+ pieces. That’s my findings.

They have made extra effort with garments with difficult stains, providing advice about treatment options and costs at drop off. Every order has been ready when promised, prepared correctly and packaged appropriately. They give you credit for returning hangers and provide laundry bags for after- or before-hours drop off. Some on street parking plus parking behind building in their own small parking lot. Delivery and pickup available.

Comment: I started going to Magic Cleaners for two reasons. Reason 1, my significant other did not care for the work of the previous place I was taking items too. He also felt it was over priced. (In all fairness, I think he as at a disconnect with dry cleaning prices in general let alone in the pasadena area). Magic Cleaners is next to my place of business and I pass by it every day on the way to and from work. Convenience and quality of service are of great importance to me. And though I do not find their pricing to be anything but fair, I have no problem paying extra for good quality of work (primary cocenrn) and convenience (I believe time is valuable). With that said, Magic Cleaners does a great job, is more than fair, and gets my items back to me in a timely fashion. They are also excellent regarding communication. I have had an item that required special attention and they needed an extra day with it. They called, made sure it was okay, etc., and it was perfect. And it doesnt hurt that the individuals working there remember me which makes me feel special though I am sure they do this with many of their clients (and as any good business should), the staff is also kind, respectful, and professional.

They sewed the new button on WHILE I WAITED IN 3 MINUTES! I feel like my wardrobe expanded because I have more clothes in working order.I had gone to another place before coming to Magic Cleaners. The other tailor was a little more expensive and they didnt want to lengthen my pockets, they said it couldnt even be done. I dont believe in magic, but I believe in Magic Cleaners.
