Comment: I went in on a Sunday afternoon to the Garden Grove location because my washer broke. I was pleasantly surprised! Its a little pricey BUT I didnt come across any of the issues stated in some reviews.I was able to buy and load my laundry card easily.I used the larger (60lb?) washers, and they worked wonderfully for all my clothes.The dryers were $1.99 for 24 minutes. With the exception being my towels, all the loads I had only required one use of the dryers!Ill definitely come back.The only issue I had was that it was kinda dark in there, and I didnt actually see anyone working the laundromat. Its a bit pricey, but it wasnt crowded and I didnt have to wait for any machines, so it was worth it for me.

Comment: Pick up was great, an excellent job was done on cleaning and packaging, it smells great. However, delivery is horrible and dangerous, 89lbs of laundry was placed directly in front of my door.and blocked it, there was no way to get in or out. I had to wait for a neighbor to come to remove it. I am a 71 yr old disabled female, please don’t ever block my door again as I can’t get out in emergency..

Comment: Nice place to do laundry. Only complaint is the laundry card. You fill it up with money, and then it does not work. I had to keep messing with the laundry card in order to get it to work. Other than that, it was great!Extra large washers help get huge loads done quicker. And, the massive dryers dry clothes evenly in large loads.👍

Comment: I dont really trust the laundry shop, but because of this shop, my impression has changed. They promise me theyre not going to mix my clothes to make sure theyre going to disinfect it properly. I am so pleased with the results of the service, because it smelled so amazing when I got it!

Comment: The Laundry its okay.,But Its expensive compare to other.The small machines are dirty, you have to pay for used the bathroom:( and the bathroom its not even decent most of the time there is no paper Toilet or napkins, and the parking is small.I like it because I can pay with Debit card, or cash and its not crowded.

Comment: I started using Lucy’s laundry pick up and delivery service after I had foot surgery and couldn’t walk for three months. They are phenomenal! They get everything washed and folded, follow my instructions about temperature, delicate, etc and do it in a timely manner. We are listing our house so I have been using them again and it is worth every penny!

Comment: Best Laundromat Ive been too! Its clean the washers & dryers are clean and newer. Washer range from 2 load washer up to as much as an 8 load washer. Dryers work so good I had a 6 loader washer, put in 1 dryer and all clothes were dry within 24 mins. The machines are not over priced and they work off of a card that you purchase in the store. A++++

Comment: Good clean place to do laundry. At time the workers use up a lot of the machines for people who pay to get their laundry done. Besides that the staff is friendly. The machines take a laundry card that is reloadable with card or cash and there is a tv to watch as you wait on your stuff
