One can imagine that our carpet has quite the challenge staying clean! Lewis’ technicians are always so courteous and one time. I really like that they send a picture of who will be doing the cleaning so I am fully aware of who will be at my door. Comment: 2 men came to clean the carpet. Having 2 people helped as moving any larger objects was easy. They were both smart, responsive to questions with honesty, very experienced & educated answers. The man Luis has been doing this for 35 years.I knew that my carpet downstairs should be replaced ( dog damage) but thought perhaps I could get 6 months more before replacing, they were honest and told me probably not, saving methe time and money. Also, allowing me to face the facts that my carpet was destroyed & time to move on.It is lovely when professionals do such a good job but are also quick, & clever. It was not only a great carpet cleaning but a remarkable good social & political hour.I could not recommend them more highly, made my day more fun and the carpet looks fantastic. I received a call from them that they could come even a bit earlier than scheduled upon which I agreed.I stayed home to assist them with the placement of their equipment, showing them the ideal spot that I wanted them to run their hoses and other lines. They were totally professional and pleasant to deal with. After set up, I let them do their thing so to speak.They cleaned the tile and grout way better than I had expected. They applied a protective, coating and sealant to keep it from soiling any further in the future. Everything about the two gentlemen that showed up was totally polite, professional, and the level of the work that they did was as good as can be expected, and actually even better than I had expected.I can’t say much more about them, except that I’m sure that all of the other services that they provide are done with it as high a standard as the job that they did for me. Lastly, might I say that coming to my house approximately 30 miles away from their facility with the time it took, and the labor of two men that the price was absolutely fair and more than reasonable.

Comment: They also did very good repairs on one of our rugs.The only problem was with the carpet pads, which I asked for after the cleaning/repair was done, but before the rugs were returned to us. The pads weren’t sent with the rugs; we asked for them again and they were sent to us a couple days later. However the pads were cut so that they stuck out around the edges. So, their service person had to come out athird time to cut the pads down to the correct size.Their total service was really good, they just had some miscommunication with the delivery and sizing of the rug pads.

Comment: I have used Lewis twice to clean the common area stairs and landings in our building. Both times they were professional, on time, easy to book, and, most importantly, did a fantastic job. There were significant pet stains on one of the landings and they were able to remove the stains and deodorize the carpet. I will absolutely use them again!

Comment: Lewis Carpet Cleaners was recommended by the other company who could not take my order being booked for a long time in advance.And I’m so glad they referred to such a professional as Lewis Carpet Cleaners.Initially, I called for some other carpet cleaning service in my area who is in business for long enough to entrust my white carpet for regular cleaning.After cleaning it looked spotless but Imagine how much I was surprised the next morning when a bunch of dark brown spots has emerged on my just recently cleaned carpet that did not exist before cleaning.The brown spots on the white carpet it was looking very ugly.Making a story short, after trying other few companies who couldn’t clean brown spots I finally contacted Lewis Carpet Cleaning who said right from the start “ we 100% guarantee our job” and promised to get rid of the brown spots.Considering the month of trying to get rid of the brown ugly appearance on my carpet I was a little bit skeptical to hear a such bragging statement.But guys were upfront honest they will clean as many times as it is needed.They delivered what they promised. Their cleaning lasts twice as long, plus they get stains out that no one else can. I have grandchildren and pets and most of my rooms are carpeted, yet they manage to get every type of stain out! Comment: Such a great experience! I was in need of a basic cleaning of my carpets in addition to a deep cleaning of an area with some pretty bad pet stains. It started with a brief phone consultation, an appointment made for the following day, a free in home estimate, and the job completely done....all in less than 24 hours!! From the very first phone call, everyone was helpful and friendly and really made it easy for me. The scheduling was quick and easy, communication was great, and they arrived promptly in the allotted time frame. My carpet was pulled up in the deeply affected area and thoroughly examined and they showed me the spots where they recommended the pad be replaced. The pet damage was worse than what I originally thought, yet they were still able to thoroughly deep clean both sides of the carpet and replace the pad, along with doing the basic carpet cleaning in the remainder of my apartment. Everything was put back together nicely and they were in and out in just a couple of hours! Everything looks great, smells clean, and I would definitely recommend Lewis Carpet Cleaners. Not only would I use them again for my variety cleaning needs, but I will also be scheduling a future appointment to have my furniture cleaned as well.

Rick from Lewis Carpet Cleaners called and explained that they do not recommend removing the couch covers as they may shrink. The one spot that got left behind was most likely permanent as our couch had a lot of stains. Given how responsive and diligent the organization is, I am conferring the benefit of doubt and giving them 4-stars rather than take their rating down.Original Review:I loved the responsiveness and eagerness to help. They even gave me great instructions to clean the couch pillows and gave me a bottle of their cleaner liquid. They are priced very reasonably and offer honest estimates.But, I had requested the team to take out the couch cover and separate from the sponge prior to cleaning it. I made this request 3 times:1) Once with the cleaners when they came to our house.2) When I dropped off the couch at the cleaners.3) Reminder again via phone.When the couch was returned it still had a bad spot as is since they did not follow the instructions. As much as I love their company ethos, this is poor quality work.

Comment: I had my white sofa and club chairs cleaned today. The team came in (with booties on which I appreciated) and thoroughly cleaned all of the cushions and the main part of the sofa and chairs. They look so clean and fresh now! After cleaning they turned some blowers on so that the material would dry more quickly (which worked!) Lewis Carpet Cleaners did an excellent job. I have had rugs and other pieces of furniture cleaned by them in the past and will continue to use their services in the future. They are both professional and reasonably priced.

Such great customer service!I live in a 2 bedroom apartment on a commercial block of San Francisco, and they found parking without complaint and brought their gear in. After about 2 hours, it was like night turned to day. I didnt even know I was in the same apartment (and yes, it was that gross before). Spick and span -- the absolute best experience. Comment: Lewis did a really nice job on my rugs and carpet. They estimated the cleanable floor space accurately (they dont charge for space they cant clean like under the bed). I was able to work as I do from home, and they worked around me without incident. The price was very fair.
