Comment: Great dry cleaners that can offer same day service if you get your clothes in early enough. Very competitive pricing and my garments always come out looking and smelling great.They are also incredibly good and honest people. I dropped off a suit and had apparently left some money in one of the pockets which I had no idea about, wouldn’t have noticed if I never saw it again. Instead, I found it neatly pinned on the hanger with my coat. They could have pocketed it without me being the wiser, but instead they did the right thing and gave it back to me. They have earned a customer for life and restored my faith in humanity a little bit!

Comment: This review is long over due, but Ive truly been meaning to make one. I took my dress here for a company Christmas party very last minute. Im so very grateful to have found this place because I went to other surrounding dry cleaning places, and they werent friendly nor were they able to accommodate me for my needed time frame, but she was! I feel so very bad for not recalling her name, but a sweet lady that was fun, understanding, and had an eye for making your attire look good on you! I was able to get my dressed both cleaned and hemmed in less than 48hrs, and the price was so affordable, I was expecting WAY more that what I actually paid lol. It looked good and fit really nice when she was done. I tipped her and repeatedly thanked her. She will be my new go-to, and will recommend her to everyone I know. Thanks so very much!!!!

Comment: We just moved and I was not looking forward to finding a new dry cleaner since I was quite satisfied with my last one. Needless to say Lemon Grove Dry Cleaners surpassed my expectations! I think by the second time of me being there the owner remembered my name, remembered the trip I was taking and showed a genuine interest in saying hello and asking how I was. I literally left with a big smile on my face and clothes that were pristine! I wish more businesses would follow suit and realize that kindness and great service is often rewarded with loyalty... and I will be forever loyal to this company. Great establishment!

Comment: Recently I did something really dumb - washed an entire load of jeans with a full tube of red lipstick in the pocket of one pair. I did not notice this as I was moving them from the washer to the dryer, so needless to say, I was horrified when I opened the dryer to fold them! What a total mess! I mean... a Total Disaster!!!There wasnt one square inch on any pair that wasnt splotched with oily, red lipstick. I was crushed. At least $400 down the drain for one stupid mistake! Immediately I went on-line to see if there was any salvation to be had. I focused on one spot and tried everything from acetone, rubbing alcohol, to firm hold hairspray. Nothing worked. As a last ditch effort, I took them to Eli at Clean Express, and she worked miracles! Every single pair was like new again!! She was able to completely salvage ALL of them (I wish I had before and after photos to prove my point). I was speechless. I seriously nearly cried - I couldnt believe it. Then, to make it even more of a blessing, she only charged me the normal fee for each pair of jeans - $30 total for 6 pairs! I was so overwhelmed and grateful, I went around the counter and hugged her neck.Ive been taking my dry cleaning to Eli for over a year now and have never had anything ruined, never felt over - charged (theres a discount for dropping off on a Saturday), & she always greets every customer with smiles and fondness. I HIGHLY recommend Clean Express, and as long as I live in San Diego, she will be my dry cleaners!Go! Experience for yourself the quality of work, the friendliness of her store and the reasonable prices she offers. You will not be sorry!!
