Comment: First time user even though their facility is a stones throw from my house. I am so impressed! I just left my clothes outside, they very unobtrusively picked them up, and less than 24hrs later I got them back, packaged and sorted beautifully. I was initially shocked at the 120+ price tag, but their pricing is very clear on the website, they charge by pound and I gave them 45 lbs of laundry. Again, all folded and sorted for easy putting away. They are a little too expensive for my regular use, but next time I get behind on laundry and need some help I will absolutely use this service again.

Comment: Pros: the service was awesome- they picked up my laundry and dropped it off saving me the trip to the laundrymat and my laundry is super clean and folded nicely. They also were able to find my location which was really niceCons: I gave them 2 bags of laundry (about half what I do in a week for my business) to try it out and it cost me $175 because I had blankets. It won’t lie, when I saw the price I had sticker shock. This was my fault for not fully understanding pricing before trying out the service but I wanted to warn others they charge almost $18 per blanket. I understand they have to make money, but if you run a day spa like me, it will cost you less to pay an assistant to take your laundry to the fluff and fold. Considering I buy my blankets in bulk, it would also cost me less to let each of my clients take their blankets home with them and buy new ones for each service. For towels and sheets or regular laundry I can see this being a great service but I would not recommend it if you have blankets

During my search, I discovered a Bay Area & Central Coast company, LaundryCare Express.This service is everything their name implies.Fast, reliable professional laundry care...and it is specifically a door to door service.They came through for me in a pinch but I must say that if I was working 40 hrs + per week (not retired) I would use their door to door speedy service and save those hours of my evenings and weekends for less home chores and more fun.Give them a call, download their app, take a break.

Comment: Finally,..,...,.,.! I just moved to SJ and my apt complexWashers&dryers suck. So, I went to 2 other fluff&fold places and they sucked. I thought I wasScrewed. Nope. I decided to try LCE. 💥. This place followed there word to a tee! Pickup was on time.,..delivered back on time,. And the laundry got put into there own, free, duffel bags! They sorted itAnd folded it perfectly. Ill use them till the end😄😄

Comment: Update on the previous review - the business called me and corrected the mistake, apparently the d/c didnt know if its ok to wash the shirts. Just no dress shirt folding any more, which is apparently out of fashion here! :)I hate to leave low ratings but it’s so impossible with this one - I used their delivery dry cleaning service for the first time because the three local dry cleaners I frequent all went out of business after Covid. I decided to give them a try. I sent in a test bag of one coat and 8 shirts, under the expectation they will be ironed and folded at a price of $3.69 each, as per their website. But no, I got charged for 10 dollars each for the shirt!! They decided to dry clean them… I have been using dry cleaners to wash and iron these without a problem!! A crazily overcharged service, totally not worth it!!

I put my dirty clothes in the bag they provide for me and place it outside my door.I get it back the very next day, washed folded and ready to put it in my closet.I will NEVER wash my clothes again.The hang some clothes and fold the clothes that needs to be folded.They save me time and money. Found them via Google, and were were blown away by their promptness, affordability, and the owners time to follow up. Very glad we found them, wish I had them years ago. Comment: I have used this laundry care service multiple times now and every time I am impressed. They have a quick overnight service that delivers satisfyingly clean, dry clothes the very next day. I leave my large, company provided laundry bags outside my front door one morning and they come back clean, neatly folded and packaged in small bundles within the same laundry bags the next day. If something needs to be dry cleaned they do that too. I have even thrown in some tennis shoes and those have come back squeaky clean and in perfect condition every time. My preferred wash options as far as detergent type etc are saved in the website so I just click “ASAP pickup” and I do not have to worry about the rest. I especially love that they have a non-scented detergent option! I am very pleased with Laundry Care Express!

Comment: I couldnt believe the ease with which I started my laundry into rotation with this place. Any inquiries I have had about the services or my laundry deliveries I emailed in and had an answer from Ron within a couple of hours. This is a very good guy who cares very much that everything goes well with your delivery.I highly recommend this place. They could use your business as I believe theyve lost some commercial business so if youre a guy like me who wants to put your time into more important things than doing your wash in the kitchen sink during a pandemic because you cant get to the laundromat please consider Laundry Care Express, and spread the word, they do really do care about taking care of your needs. Its so easy to get started you just put your stuff out (in trash-bags, first-time, but they provide nifty laundry-bags when they return your first order). For a single guy, at about $30 a week, and all that time freed-up? Well worth it.

Everything was cleaned and neatly folded; they even washed my sons teddy bear that he threw up on when he was sick. Every time I called they replied back to me within a few minutes.
