I set them at my front door- the bag is picked up and returned beautifully washed and folder (and if I choose, ironed). What a time saver! Now I send duvet covers, mattress pads, dry cleaning and all is returned beautifully. I feel pampered! Maybe I don’t need a dryer!

Comment: 1st off they answered my call within 3 rings, professionally, and provided a general quote with a general timeframe it should be ready, an I could tell they were busy. 2nd At drop off; I went to the wrong cleaners down at the other entrance an was told double the price. I realized I was at the wrong place. 😃 2nd at drop off; there was parking at the front door, they were busy, yet very welcoming, she confirmed the quote price and confirmed time it should be done, by Tuesday. 3rd, and lastly, I called at 9:30 am Tuesday, it was chilly outside, my item was ready and came out very nice with no price change, just as promised!! Definitely coming back, thank you so much. 🙏

They told me, Yes we can get that done for you no problem. Therefore, I was expecting my stuff to be ready for pickup that Friday 25th. However, I was pleasantly surprised when they gmail-notified me that they cleaned my stuff that they had it ready for me to pick earlier than I requested (Thursday 3/24/22, 1 day sooner than I expected).They are so professional! Receptionists are ultra friendly and I got nothing but great words of praise and good recommendations. Comment: I really like Lapels. Im a fairly new customer (only about a year) but have had very good luck. I recently had to bring a fitted WHITE cover on my chaise lounge. It had never been cleaned before as I was afraid it might shrink and I would never get it back on. But, I had to get it cleaned as I spilled white wine (luckily not red) on it. Yikes! I took it to Lapels and it came back perfectly white and no shrinkage! Just recently picked up a comforter and was happy with that also. I would not hesitate taking anything to them.

She would be able to get it done the same day. I made it by 12:15. Anita greeted me and made me feel welcomed. The fact that she was able to get my clothes pressed the same day. Is amazing. Now I don’t have to drive to San Jose. I found a new cleaners. Highly recommend this place!
