I have had them clean and alter designer dresses, pants, and even clothing for an Indian wedding and it has all been done quickly, flawlessly, and at such a reasonable price. For example, my boyfriend had a kurta that was too small for him and required emergency alterations - Maria managed to find a fabric in the exact color of the shirt and added a vent in the back so it looked as if it were made that way from the start! Fernando and his mother Maria are truly making magic here!

Comment: I am so grateful to have found MY cleaners. This is a family owned business and they are the most welcoming, friendly, warm and kind people. It is spotless. It’s comfortable with big clean comfy chairs and dressings rooms that feel like im in a high retail store. The turnaround is everything I could have hoped for. I was shocked when I didn’t have to wait two weeks for alterations. Maria is the best seamstress I’ve ever met. She is quick but thorough. She has saved so many pairs of pants for me that I can’t even count. She took a very cheap dress I bought as a costume and turned it into an amazing gown! Literally took the front and made it the back of the dress. She took a very wide legged pair of pants that I was going to throw away and slimmed the legs and turned them into my favorite pants. This is a lot of work and it all comes back perfection. Fernando at the front is always so friendly. I actually enjoy coming there to chat with him! He asks about my family and my son’s soccer. He doesn’t have to but he does and that goes a long way! I wish they were my family! It makes going to the cleaners/alterations fun! You should absolutely give them a try. I’m kicking myself that I didn’t find them sooner!

Thankfully, I brought the same 3 pairs to Maria and Fernando and had the complete opposite experience!Fernando is super sweet and great with small talk, and as an awkward person I super appreciate that. He even gave my boyfriend and I some cold drinks for the journey home, which was super sweet. AND he’s a Lakers fan.Maria was super nice to work with as well. Not only is their customer service light years ahead of over cleaners, but they are masters at stain removal and gentle handling for delicate family heirlooms. They got out a stain in a beloved shower curtain that 3 other places said was unremovable. I will add photos once I hang the curtain back up, but had to write a review now.I brought old, silk curtains and they even called me after hours to discuss options. I absolutely appreciate their complete honesty. They will never lie and say that they can get something done without damaging the item if they dont think they can. That honesy is worth so much.Fernando is THE BEST! He always had a cheerful, can-do attitude. It feels like dropping off laundry to a friend. I was welcomed as I entered the shop, and within 2 minutes was getting the suits pinned and marked for alterations. It is also close by LAX. It is a family owned and operated business. I needed to have my uniform pants cut and hemmed for my boots, and my shirts fitted. LA Vista did a fine job and they also did a military press for my shirts, placing creases at the appropriate places. I like their extended hours into the early evening. There is street parking frequently right up front, or around the corner. The strip malls parking to the south is usually busy and filled with cars. If you have dry cleaning, tailoring needs, or like me, a place that professionally tackles uniforms. LA Vista Cleaners in Westchester fits the bill. Ask for Fernando or Maria.

Comment: Not a whole lot that I can say that hasnt already been said. Various friends and I have used their dry cleaning service. This isnt 1 of those crazy fast same day types of cleaners, but Ive always had good luck w/ them regarding time. I always get my clothes back the day of or earlier than when they say it should be ready.Their quality of work has always been good. No mess ups. I and friends have brought all sorts of garments there (uniforms, suits, very large heavy body length coats to small light, fur, suede, leather, silk, polyester, cotton, etc.) always w/ excellent results.Customer service has always been top notch and very helpful. Most of the time, a young man (I think named Fernando). Is the one there, and no complaints. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable.Pricing really runs the gamut, but it never seems overpriced. This isnt the $1 dry cleaner, but its hardly expensive either, and anyway, the quality, punctuality, professionalism is worth paying slightly more than the super bargain basement bottom of the barrel places (Ive had some bad experiences w/ the uber cheap places before). Simple things like uniforms, small items, regular shirts, pants, etc. are competitively priced, and sometimes downright cheap. Ive definitely paid much larger chunks of $ ($30+, $40+) for a single item there, but its definitely warranted. Thats for very large heavy items, heavily soiled items (like baby puke on my suit), and/or high end items requiring special care like fur, fancy sequins & embroidery, super high thread count wool, silk. They take credit cards as payment.Hours seem pretty reasonable. They arent open super late or crazy early, but its understandable considering theyre a small family business. 7 PM closing weekdays is pretty good and also being open Saturdays is helpful (closed Sundays).I go to this Westchester location because its close to where I live, but Im told they have another location in the West Hollywood/Beverly Hills area, so that will definitely be helpful when I have to go back to the Century City area office after the pandemic subsides.They also do alterations, but I havent done any there, so I cant vouch for that.I suggest sending your business to LA Vista Cleaners for their high quality work, professionalism, customer service, punctuality, good prices. Its also a good bonus that theyre a small local family business.

I found the designer dress I wanted for my wedding reception on eBay but it was two sizes too big, after she fixed it you would NEVER be able to tell that it was taken in so much. Instead of leaving me SOL, Fernando promised hed work it out so that Id have my pieces before I was due at the airport! He called in extra help, took my cell phone number and kept in contact, constantly updating me until my clothes were ready. We agreed Id pick them up around 8:30, however I ended up running late, pulling up to their establishment around 9:15pm. I anticipated attitude or some kind of gruff reception due to being late, but his mother came out and was beyond kind, and then THEY EVEN WAIVED THE COST of the ENTIRE order. This is a great family-run establishment, that truly knows the value of premier customer service, and their workmanship was outstanding. Do yourself a favor and stop in. Comment: I have gone here so many times to get alterations and I have never been disappointed. I’m to the point now where I don’t even try on my clothes when I pick them up any more because I am 100% confident they were tailored exactly right. I sew a bit too and they have helped me finish dresses I was working. (Aka I’m not a professional and she saved my sewing project X) )My boyfriend also got a three piece tailored recently and he looked so freakin great in it- When he tried it on after I was all daaaaaaaaaaaaaamn. He looked like a flipping model. I never want to get my clothes tailored any where else. Also the pricing is so reasonable. Not nearly what I paid at places before I found Vista. Dry cleaning services are top-notch too. And all around great customer service. Really I cant say enough great stuff about this place. :)
