Comment: I was very pleased with the service this place was providing for my dry cleaning needs. The issue became when I decided to use the pick up delivery service. In the app shows that my garments were ready for pick up. I drove to the facility and I was told my items were on route for delivery. The lady assisting me was very friendly and tried her best to solve the issue since I need it the items for work. First the driver told her I was schedule as the first person in his route. We try to coordinate the timing so I could make it to work on time. As we continue to coordinate. The driver change the story to I was the second in his list. Not helpful at all. This show to me that he didn’t care to try to provide me with service I need it as emergency. In the app should say “On route for delivery” instead of “ready for pick up” this is misleading and confusing. In addition the prices are way higher than a place I have closer to home. Thanks for helping me on choosing a different provider.

I get a text Sunday and Thursday nights asking if I want a clothes pick up. If I dont need it, I simply dont respond. If I do, I press Yes and someone will pick up my clothes the next day in a dry cleaning bag that they provide to me. Such a simple process and extremely convenient. The quality of the cleaning is high too. If there are any stubborn spots they miss, they will clean it again and make it right. Very pleased to have been a customer for over 5 years now.

One shirt, they really did a good job at getting the collar and edges nice and white, but the body of the shirt still had some lint and stuff on it so I wish it was clean all over but at least the main issue I took it in for was resolved. I also was told to download their app to get a coupon but the app is super dysfunctional, I tried to download it and couldnt get it, my husband could download it but it kept crashing whenever he tried to do anything through the app. So I think that needs to be fixed. I wish the prices and deals were just a little better but otherwise I really do like this place, friendly customer service really does go a long ways. I would go back!

Comment: I had some business shirts washed and ironed and when I collected them from you, I was more than delighted to see the super-professional service offered. Not only were they pressed, but starched. The cuffs were unbuttoned and correctly pressed. There were no creases in the sleeves as per the most correct of British books on etiquette and the cuffs were clipped together across the shirt front to minimise crushing of the sleeves post service. All this for $2.59!!! In my country of residence, I pay $2.50 just to get a shirt pressed!Attention to detail. Way to go Kona!
