Comment: I had a need for a specific bed comforter with feathers to be cleaned and it was after 5pm so i figured i was out of luck but luckily Kona Cleaners popped up and they were open until 7p i quickly made my way over after calling to confirm that they clean comforters. i dont recall the name of the young lady who helped me on the phone and in person but she was also there a few days later when i picked up my order. they really communicate very well with sending you a text and/or email when your order is finished and youre able to reply when you are going to pick up as well. ill be sure to come back and bring some clothes or other items soon.

Left me a iffy first impression but the following day they said they had my pants ready for me to pick up so all was resolved.

I should have waited before writing the review, until I had settled down, from her yelling at me, being so rude, and yelling at me to call Corporate.I want to say that I have been going to this Kona Cleaners for years and Flor and the other ladies have been absolutely amazing and I left a bad review based on 1 bad apple. That I wish I had not done. The right thing would have been to call Flor in private. Leaving bad reviews are serious and can ruin someone’s reputation. This unprofessional employee should definitely be talked to by her boss but I don’t feel I should have left a bad review due to 1 employee. I want to apologize and also say thank you to Flor for the 99.9 percent of great customer service.

Their customer service is excellent—they are very kind, respectful and professional when they greet you and take your order; they are very good about communicating with you about your order; and the work is completed within a reasonable timeframe, usually within a couple of days.
