Comment: We recently discovered my grandpa’s Air Force uniform hanging in my grandma’s closet (since the 60’s) while helping to clear out some clutter. It was filthy, almost gray from the dust, and had minor moth damage. I brought it into my local Kona because their website mentioned they cleaned military uniforms. Jenn assisted me with checking in and she was pleasant and professional. She told me it could take a few days because of the age/damage to the garment.The uniform was ready the next day and it looks amazing! It is back to being a dark blue, it’s soft and smells great. Kona cleaners did a great job and I am beyond pleased to be able to preserve grandpa’s uniform.

Comment: I have been going to Kona Cleaners for a few years now, not because of the price point, or even because of the quality of work (which by the way is exceptional). I go because of the customer service! I originally went to the location in Brea, because it was right next to my house, this is where I met Jenn! Jenn is the type of employee that any company that deals with hospitality wishes they had. She is warm, personal, friendly, welcoming, experienced, knowledgeable, and an amazing person. Jenn was not only able to connect with me on a personal and professional level she has gone above any beyond in every aspect. My wife who also goes to Kona Cleaners loves Jenn. We even decided to follow her when she moved to the Yorba Linda location. Taking the extra time out of our busy lives to go to the location she is at is absolutely worth it. I currently run a Michelin star establishment, so I use the cleaners a lot, and I know the value of an amazing employee within the hospitality industry. Jenn is just that amazing! I could probably get my suits dry cleaned and my shirts washed and press at a lot of places that would meet the standards Im looking for, but I choose Kona Cleaners because of Jenn! She cares and makes ever visit special!

They’re drop off and pick up is super fast, and very affordable. They even gave me a really cool surfboard shaped pen because I love them so much. Also the girl who works behind the counter is ridiculously cute. But I am a married man so all I can do is admire from a distance. The location where I’m at has always been really great with their alterations 2.
