Not to mention they take care of the high school JROTC uniforms foe free. Because of that I started coming here from Norco, and Ill keep coming back.

Elvie did the alteration. She paid close attention to what I needed done. And my dress was ready in 2 days. Linda was so nice and courteous both times she checked me in and checked me out.I highly recommended this place!

Not sure if it’s because I was panicking a little bit due to a deadline or if it’s their regular turnaround time, but I was so relieved and so glad to have chosen them in the end!! The girl who helped me was informative and advised me ahead of time that there may be some damage to my large shank buttons due to the pressing process, but they came out just fine and unharmed!! So so glad and I’m such a satisfied customer hehehe thank you guys!!! Like you saved my grade in school thank you lol

I think they contract out...no dry cleaning on premises. I also wish they had more discounts, including senior citizen and veterans discounts given rising inflation. Although it was near my house, I will look for another dry cleaners with more reasonable prices or recognition of senior/veterans discounts.

Comment: Kona did an excellent job of fixing my son’s letterman jacket! His dog has chewed a big hole on the sleeve by the elbow. Kona worked with me to determine the best way to fix it. Moving patches would leave holes in the jacket, they informed me. They suggested buying a patch for them to add to cover the hole. Since the rip was so big, I gave them several patches to try. They did an amazing job! It looks like the patch was supposed to be there all along. Plus they communicated with me instead of just moving a patch that would have left holes in the jacket. I highly recommend Kona Cleaners!

Comment: I recently bought a kotatsu blanket straight from Japan and read that the best way to wash it in the USA is through a dry cleaners. Kona Cleaners popped up when I googled for services, and they were really responsive when I inquired for a price. They didnt know much about the material, but they explained the process on how to obtain an estimate. I went in to the nearest Kona Cleaners and there was this young lady who was not that helpful. Fortunately, I already knew what to expect from the person I talked to via Yelp. The young lady I interacted with in person didnt say much at all, just took my item and handed me a receipt. After a few days, I picked up my item and was assisted by the young man who was very helpful.

I drop off and pick up about once a week and they are always friendly, smiling, and quick. Coming from customer service myself, I understand this is the Trifecta of a quality client experience. My clothes are always on point because of them, and they have very convenient hours. I would say the pricing is about average compared to other dry cleaning services, but I come back time and time again because the staff is exceptional. You have set the bar Kona Team! :)

Comment: Came to drop off my husbands dress shirts. Was greeted and welcomed for being a first time customer. The clerk was friendly and gave me a pad to fill out with my info. I asked her opinion about how much starch should be used and she was very helpful and gave her opinion. I was surprised that the shirts came back the next day. My old cleaners would take at least 5 days and I just thought that was standard for all dry cleaners so I was pleased that they came back that quickly. I like how they email or txt you when your pick up is ready and they also give you the price so you know when you get there. Easy, convenient and fast service. Shirts came out good. At least my husband hasn’t complained about them. Overall I give them 5 stars. Thank you Kona Cleaners.

Comment: I dont know what these people are talking about I brought four sets of uniforms in (tops and bottom) a dress shirt, coat, a regular shirt, and two dress pants all for only 20$ XD now Im young and dont have experience without dry cleaning, but that sounds pretty good for quality cleaning, pressing, and timely service! They were all finished the very next day in the early morning too!
