Comment: The quality of the service, and the cleanliness of my garments far exceeds any others. I’ve tried several other cleaners that were recommended and have been extremely disappointed. They’re all either exorbitantly expensive, or the quality of the cleaning that I get back is lacking. Its also the little details that I notice and appreciate; the clips on the pant hangers, the different hangers they employ based on the garment, things like that. The clothes hanging in my closet are an investment both timewise and financially, that I entrust to J. Feilds- they are the Nordstrom of dry cleaners.

Comment: They were so sweet. I had dropped off my coat which had some leather pieces and they said they could not dry clean it because they were afraid it was going to be damaged. They de-linted it and did another type of cleaning treatment. It looks beautiful and it was very affordable. Please use this establishment.

Comment: The team is great. The service is generally fast. Theres no need to specify whites for laundry and darks for dry cleaning...they just know what to do. Ive even used them for small alterations (they outsource), and they were honest in telling me it takes longer and costs more, and even offered to send me straight to the local tailor for quicker/cheaper service. I left it with J Fields out of convenience, but truly appreciated the honesty. You wont find a better place to take your dry cleaning and laundry for press.

I use the pick up & delivery service, which has been like clock work.I meet the owners only once, when I initially started using their service. It was great to see a family owned business. They were very friendly and answered all my questions & concerns that day. Best of all, they have been consistent on deliveries and keeping us very happy!J Fields not only talk the talk, but they walk the walk.
