Comment: Honest. I brought in a jacket that requires dry cleaning but when I brought it in the lady told me it won’t get properly clean and advised me to hand wash. I appreciate that tip.The stains were vomit so it need pretreatment. I know other places you have just take it and properly overcleaned and ruin it.
